    Great airport shuttle

    Stayed at Hampton Inn and used their airport shuttle. Fantastic driver, gave us names of restaurants near hotel as well as shops. Told us how to get there and a little about cuisine offered. Also, explained that we were safe to walk in the neighborhood. Jose Reyes is absolutely the best!

    Convenient and Comfortable Pre-Cruise Stay

    The hotel was a great choice for our pre-cruise stay. We were looking for a place with strong reviews, comfortable rooms, and convenient access to pre-cruise shopping and dining. This location checked all the boxes. A big bonus was the complimentary full breakfast, the free airport shuttle, and the shuttle service to the cruise port (for a fee), which made travel logistics very easy. After researching and watching several YouTube reviews, we actually canceled another hotel reservation to book the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton, and we’re glad we did. The staff consistently provided friendly service throughout our stay—special thanks to Jessica, Edis, Jose, and Jahely, who made every interaction welcoming and pleasant. There were a few minor maintenance issues worth noting. The hallway on the eighth floor had a slightly musty smell the first night, though we didn’t notice it during the following two days. The shower space was a bit tight and I occasionally bumped the safety bars. In our room, the shower head seemed older and water leaked from the bottom onto the floor, and the toilet always needed a second flush. That said, the room itself was very nice and spacious, with a view overlooking the parking lot along with a view of the lagoon, nearby shopping center and Miami Airport in the distance. The room felt a bit dated with some normal wear and tear, but none of those things took away from our comfort or enjoyment. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and plan to return. We would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable pre-cruise location.

    Always Awesome!

    This is my second time staying here prior to a cruise! Staff is super nice, friendly and always go above to ensure a great stay! Shuttle service from Miami airport is easy. On cruise day for a small fee, there is a third party vendor who provides shuttle service to cruise terminals. Walking distance to drug and grocery stores, Burlington for any items you forgot and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms. Will always be my first choice b4 cruising.

    Nervous but impressed

    My family stayed at the Blue Lagoon location for the night before our cruise. We had never been to Miami and was a little nervous, but was very impressed after we arrived. Hotel was very nice, rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Although you are charged an additional parking fee if you have your own car to park in their parking garage, which was worth it to me. It took us about 25-30 minutes to get to the Miami Port on a Saturday morning thru the tunnel with no construction work being done that day.
