    Excellent! Everything.

    Front desk help were all tremendous. Polite, friendly, eager to help and quick to offer a bottle of water. Nice! Rooms were excellent. Everything looked fresh and new. Well kept up by friendly, happy housekeeping staff. Pool was a dream. Great view of the neighborhood and clean clear water. Perfect. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was a couple of notches higher than I would have expected at this price point. I made note of their names Nora, Karelia, and Maidali because they clearly took pride in making an excellent dining environment and experience.

    Front desk is great

    The front desk staff here is great. We messed up where they told us to be for shuttle pickup and the sent a complimentary Lyft to get us. Jose was so nice. Great stay.

    AMAZING EXPERIENCE & STAFF

    Gio & Jose was very very very pleasant, welcoming & amazing with helping us reserve a room, transportation to the port & parking for our very first cruise. Their customer service & hospitality was TOP TIER & unmatched! The aura & aroma of the hotel was very welcoming, clean & refreshing! I would give the staff & hotel 100 stars they really turned my birthday stay & vacation into a pleasant one!

    It was okay

    We had the option to choose our own hotel room. We did not get it. We found a use dirty bar of soap in our sheets meaning they weren’t clean.

    It was okay....

    The hotel was just okay... It worked for a quick one night stay before heading out on a cruise, but im not sure i would go back. I called for a shuttle from the airport and finally someone answered after the fourth or fifth try. They lady that answered was very rude and short with me. We were told the shuttle left at the top of each hour and to go to a certain door, but never that there were multiple levels with the same door number... so we missed the shuttle and had to wait a hour for the shuttle to come back around. When it did finally come back around, it drove right past the door and I had to run after it to get the driver's attention. Once in the room, it was clean which was great, but the shower door wouldnt stay shut at all, the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was horrible, and the pillows were almost nonexistent. The front desk ladies were very nice in person.
