    A great stay with a great front desk personnel!!!

    Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff " Sonny Tiongson" made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The hotel had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and we enjoyed the lobby. We slept better than we have in months and would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful luxury escape. We thank Sonny for his exemplary service and Hampton inn hotel.

    Pet friendly hotels smell like urine!

    We stay at Hampton inn all the time. We travel a LOT. You never know what you’re going to get with Hampton Inn. Sometimes you get a really great room for a reasonable price and other times you get a horrible room. We got somewhere in the middle this time. The room was just OK. We unfortunately had to bring our cat with us because we were going to be traveling longer than we could leave her home for. We told them we had a pet And we got a room. The room was kind of small and we noticed fairly quickly that the room smelled like pet urine. Our cat is completely litter box trained And we clean up after her. I know some hotels don’t like you to bring a cat, but this one was OK with that, but I can tell that it was obviously someone who had stayed in that room that had a dog. We were actually glad to get out of there after two nights! Actually have the nerve to charge $75 for a pet fee and then do nothing to clean up after other peoples animals! We had a pet and left it exactly how we found it and our cat didn’t pee on the floor. We should get our $75 back! We had to deal with someone else’s pet urine smell!!

    Great stay for family

    Great place to stay. Pleasant onsite experience, comfortable room. Zero issues here. A little weirdness with front desk and elevator was wonky, but all in all a nice place and courteous staff. Great parking! We had high ceilings on 4th floor and loved that. Thought the room and overall decor was stylish.

    Amazing hotel!

    THE BEST! This hotel is the best kept secret! The hotel has private parking and it is complimentary with your stay (you NEVER find that anymore). The hotel is beautiful, well appointed, interior design is fantastic. My room was large. I had a king size bed, sofa, and a foyer type area by entrance to the room. As always (so expected) the bed was amazing and pillows great. Very little road noise even though it is on a busy street. Every staff member I encountered was lovely, so very helpful. Breakfast was the typical Hampton fare BUT, the fresh fruit was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is close to the interstate, easy to find, easy to get to. Gas station next door, Denny's across the street, Target maybe a block away. Just a wonderful stay. Amazing experience. If I come back to the LA area, I will not stay anywhere else. Well done!

    Love this lil gem of a property!

    We had great fun at check in with Sam. He was full of fun stories and great hospitality! Loved our large room and the new decor throughout the property. All staff we encountered were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very good and well stocked. Only improvement I can think of is the towels …they’re a little rough.
