Mar 20, 2026Convenient to JAX & Cruise Port
Clean & comfortable, spacious room. Close and convenient to JAX & cruise port. We used the hotel shuttle to the airport and an Uber to the cruise port. Hot breakfast rotated items each day, so after a 4-night stay, it was nice to have variety. Hotel has pool, hot tub and laundry facilities. Very large and comfortable seating in lobby area. Nice neighborhood with several restaurants close by.

Highly recommend!!!
This is an older facility but very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Carreta, at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a good selection. Logan’s steakhouse, Ruby Tuesdays and Zaxby’s are within walking distance. I went for several walks and felt very safe. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great.

Pros: friendly and accommodating staff; ample hot breakfast; good restaurants within walking distance Cons: twice we had to call the front desk (whilst standing right in front of it!) to get an agent. no sign, no other way to make contact (bell, etc.). why? Notes: Given proximity to the airport this is a busy location. We advise planning ahead and also bringing your patience!

Great Pre Cruise Hotel
Spent the night here before a cruise from Jacksonville cruise port. Great location! Had a very nice dinner at the Longhorn Steak House which is right next door and the in-house breakfast was very good. Price was great at $102. Very clean and a nice staff. It was a perfect stop before the cruise. It took us 40 minutes to get from the hotel parking to the Atrium Bar on the ship, enjoying our first cocktail! Will do the same next cruise from JAX!

DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!! Terrible customer service, horrible housekeeping, subpar breakfast, and uncomfortable rooms. They tried to charge more than double my rate AFTER I had already paid. I had proof of payment, they threatened charges because we were "combative" toward them. Spend your money at somewhere else, where you will feel like a valued customer, because this is not that.
