Perfect place to stay near airport ... quiet, clean, friendly and convenient!
We flew in Jacksonville and decided to spend the night at the Hampton Inn before driving to St. Augustine the next day. We also decided to stay at the Hampton Inn the night before we flew home. It was perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Lucinda at the front desk was welcoming and helpful and other members of the staff were also polite and friendly. It was amazingly quiet and we slept well! SO GLAD WE FOUND YOU!!

Welcoming
After a long road trip entering the lobby we were greeted by such a welcoming young women . Coldest night in Florida in many years lobby was beautifully decorated for the season and was so warm and cozy. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was well attended the next few mornings. The location for us was great not to far from family we were visiting and right down the road plenty of shopping options and restaurants galore. This was a great location for our visit to North Jacksonville area the Hampton Inn is a bit older than some we have stayed at but it is well maintained highly recommend if staying in this area

Pleasant, Neat and Clean
We stayed here on a drive from Maine to Fort Myers. We usually stay at H2Suites by Hilton but I accidentally booked the Hampton Inn. We were so tired we didn’t care how nice it was. What a pleasant surprise. The woman at the desk could not have been more congenial or pleasant. We travel with a 70lb dog, which they accept with an additional fee. Our room was really wonderful. Neat and clean. The carpet and curtains are a bit older but they were clean and that’s all we really care about. Nice complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Also, the Longhorn is literally in the parking lot. Very convenient.

Nice hotel
This hotel was nice, no issues with noise at all. Breakfast was good and the workers were very helpful. Had to wait when I checked in, no one was at the desk but they eventually came and the process was easy. Issue with room, there are no drawers for you to put your clothes if you were staying for a week or more. Also the tv's in the suites should be a little bigger, just my own preference. I would stay here again.

Disappointing Hampton
On the positive side, the room was very clean and comfortable, easy to relax and sleep in. Even had a chaise lounge chair to watch TV. On the negative side, I was greeted like a guest at a much lower-rate hotel...almost like it was an inconvenience to the desk clerk that I was checking in. And as a lifetime Diamond member, I was not greeted as such nor given my usual condiments. Next, there was only one set of towels in the bathroom. When I went to turn on the TV, only half of the channels worked as the TV had cable connection issues. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. For example, one morning the potatoes were barely heated. The egg options were cool. Coffee, which was cool, ran out at 6:30 a.m. The only reason this review earned a 3 was because of the comfortable room and bed. However, it wasn't enough to persuade me to stay here again.
