    TERRIBLE

    DO. NOT. STAY. HERE!! Terrible customer service, horrible housekeeping, subpar breakfast, and uncomfortable rooms. They tried to charge more than double my rate AFTER I had already paid. I had proof of payment, they threatened charges because we were "combative" toward them. Spend your money at somewhere else, where you will feel like a valued customer, because this is not that.

    What a great way to begin vacation!

    When having to leave for an early morning flight, I tend to book a room at a hotel near the airport for the sake of time and limiting the stress of morning traffic! A stay at the Hampton Inn prior to beginning my vacation started it off on the right foot! Parking was a breeze! Check-in was quick and fun! My husband likes to try to embarrass me in front of people we don’t know but this time it backfired on him! The hotel staff quickly realized his intentions and played along with me dishing it right back at him. The room was very spacious! The furnishings were expertly chosen with the flow of the room in mind! The bed felt like heaven with a pillow-top mattress and extra pillows! The shower pressure was great but the water heater could’ve been turned up to be a tad warmer! The quick, traffic-free drive to the airport the next morning was amazing! What a great way to begin vacation!

    A nice location to stage for an early flight from JAX

    My wife and I recently stayed here in preparation to fly out of Jacksonville Airport (JAX) the next morning. The staff is very attentive, breakfasts are pretty good, and the rooms are very comfortable. JAX is about a mile away and numerous restaurants are close by so this is a very convenient location to get a good night’s sleep prior to your flight.

    good for our family

    The rooms were nice, ALWAYS NICE TO HAVE A CLOCK. Would have been nice if the toilets were higher. Breakfast area was group friendly and comfortable and had good choices to eat. Marcus at the front desk second shift was a gem. Three close restaurants you can walk to.

    Needs a renovation

    The lobby is beautiful. But our room wasn’t. We haven’t stayed here in 6 years as we haven’t flown out of Jax in that long. It was great then. Not now. Our room was very run down. Sink area was scared, tub with gloppy caulking. Room smelled musty. Mattress needed replacing. Shampoo but no conditioner. Wobbly mini fridge. It’s so convenient to stay the night with an early flight and park there, but we are going to look for another place.
