Nightmare on Panama Canal
I booked 3 rooms and all the rooms were dirty, there was no hot water, the televisions did not work, the light fixtures were broken, and I was charged $99 for my girlfriend and her friends stopping by to change clothes; ironically, the following day I gave her a key and nothing was said to her. If the hotel would have been clear in their policies before and after arrival, I would have added her name to the reservation. Do not stay at this property. It is low cost but you will get what you pay for! You are better off on a park bench.
Great location, hotel staff friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the city, restaurants and any other information, suggestions you need.Nice breakfast and pool. Rooms clean, housekeeping staff did a great job. Thank you everyone for making our stay great. Ines
Great hotel, friendly staff always ready to help, staff was very professional. Virgilio, front desk, was wonderful, always helpful, all front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and housekeeping staff also really nice. We stayed 2 weeks and no complains. Good location near restaurants and bars. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip wonderful!
Worst hotel on the planet
Look at the initial review. It is absolutely the filthiest hotel with the rottenness restaurant in the crummiest help that you will never find anywhere in the entire world and besides that they ruined my clothes $1500 worth it’s a joke it shouldn’t be called the Hampton Inn or associated with Hilton in anyway shape or form. It is the biggest dump I’ve ever been in.
Best location and service in a while!!! Very clean as well!!!
Everyone that works at this particular hotel was kind, and very professional. We had zero complaints in all 6 days. Breakfast was punctual and menu variety was totally acceptable. Especially Virgilio and Kabayai were the sweetest to us. But, in general, just zero complaints in all 6 days is quite hard to accomplish!!! Keep up the good work, Sarah and Jose (Miami couple)
