    Peaceful space in Waikiki

    Great value with access to Halekulani and a clean non hectic quiet space on Waikiki is a blessing. Beach front smaller than Outrigger or Surfrider Would stay again.

    Sub par experience at a four star hotel

    Hotel is nice. Horrendous service by the staff. No recognition of who you are . Woman seating guests at UMI was dry . Would make guests wait when the restaurant was not busy. No greeting: front desk staff when you walked by did not say hi. This is not a four seasons experience. More like unhappy McDonald’s employees. We went for the Christmas holiday the hotel is nice but customer service is a zero. Only helpful people were the bell desk department

    Wonderful service, value, location

    If you are looking for a convenient location between the beach and shopping and night life, this is it. Although this is a big hotel, the lobby, elevators were never crowded.

    Wonderful Honeymoon

    Everything was excellent not much more to be said. The complimentary breakfast for Amex Platinum guests was delicious. Umi by Vikram Garg was the name of the restaurant.

    I used halepuna sometimes and they put the wine bottle for me with message of welcome back.

    Amenities slippers very nice to use. and I’ve got water bottle was nice too! There are some nice programs and Ivents for customers. morning yoga, morning fitness, and some invents for holidays special. It was very nice.
