Margarita was a great waitress! She was very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the environment was amazing. We will be returning!

Great Resort!
We spent 4 wonderful days at Hacienda Encantada. The resort was well maintained, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was first-rate. We did the all-inclusive package and found it to be a good value. The resort is on a rocky outcropping a few miles up the coast from Cabo San Lucas. The view of the coast line was awesome, and there were tons of whales right in front of the resort. We spent most of our time at the pools right in front of the beach. The staff was constantly checking on us and brought us food and drinks to our lounge chairs. Highly recommend the fish tacos from the pool bar, probably some of the best I ever had. Also recommend dinner at Meztizo on the top floor of the main lobby building. Very upscale seafood restaurant with great views. Resort has shuttle to sister resort in downtown marina area of Cabo San Lucas, which means you don’t have to pay for taxi service if you want to do whale watching or shopping in Cabo. Special shout out to Novverto’s bell-hop help.

The place is good, the service is also very good. The people who work here are very friendly. The Christmas party was nice, the person playing piano, poppuri was very nice and Adrian was helpful.

Great Resort!

Great value for an upscale all-inclusive
My family of five booked a suite in the ventanas side of the hotel. The one with the rooftop deck. We loved this spot. Spent two days in this pool and one day at the other pool down by El Patio bar. The food was great for the most part with the best meal at Mestizo. The meal we had at La Trajinera was just okay. The service though in all accounts was impeccable. The room they put us in was huge with plenty of room for five of us. They assigned us a concierge at check in. Salma was in touch with us via text every day to make sure we were having a good time and to help us with any questions. She was very helpful and almost like family at the end. I think this is smart they assign a concierge because there are always going to be more questions than you think you might have. She was a quick texter and always helpful. We hope to come back next year. Thanks Salma!!
