The hotel is just perfect. Its clean, the rooms and beds are very comfortable! The room has more than enough space, same as the bathroom, everything works as expected! Even the sound proof! If you are staying in a double deluxe next to the street, you will have the best views and the room will be silence as soon as you close the windows. The rooftop its amazing and enables a nice moment to have some rest. We are vegans and they were very careful to always have options for us, and not just fruit but tofu, jam, Frankfurt hot dog, cheese, bread, cookies, chocolate. Definitavely, the best experience we ever had. Everybody provided an amazing service, especially Juliana during breakfast.

Great hotel
Just returned from a 4 day break at H10 Univesistat. The location of the hotel is perfect and central to all local attractions. Five minutes walk to La Rambla and about 40 minutes to the beach and about 35 minutes to Sagrada Familia. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff were always very friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade upon arrival. Great selection to choose from at breakfast for both hot and cold options. Lovely to have the rooftop terrace for an evening drink. If i was to be super picky the only improvement would be to have an extra english channel or two instead of just having 3 news channels but this would not stop me rebooking this hotel.

Would definitely stay again
Just returned from staying at this fabulous hotel. Check in was with ease and our room was ready straight away. Our room was great with a fab balcony overlooking the city and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and kept very clean and tidy. The hotel is in a brilliant location and so easy to get everywhere. Amazing restaurants in the Gothic quarter. The staff are professional and so helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but a guy on the front check in desk always went over and above to help including great restaurant recommendations. This was our first time in Barcelona and staying here was a great choice. Highly recommend and would stay here again. Thank you

Amazing Stay
We have just returned from a 3 night's stay to celebrate my partner's Birthday.Our 1st time here at this Hotel but our 4th stay at a H10 in Barcelona. We had such a warm welcome from Noelia- she is such a friendly face as you walk in....thank you to Danielle also for providing us with a glass of Fizz...much needed after the stress of Passport Control. Hotel is smart and relaxing.We enjoyed the breakfast and the beautiful rooftop bar( floor9).All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and friendly. A massive thank you for the kind gesture of Fizz in the room for my partner...he was blown away by your kindness. Thank You All who made our stay such a Welcoming one. We will be back.
