    Room was dated, small and very basic. Quite depressing. Overall it didn’t resemble the room imaged online. The upshot for me was a hard bed and firm pillows. Considering how much I paid I expected better and won’t be returning.

    Excellent hotel.

    Went to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Room on top floor with wonderful views across London skyline, and the room was excellently appointed, except for the safe instructions written in small lettering on the safe door within a dark recess at knee hight. Impossible to use it. The staff were simply wonderful. Attentive and polite. Breakfast very, very good. Perhaps a little too far from an Underground station. Would return.
