    Great stay and great location.

    Excellent service and a great location. Stayed for a family celebration in London and from reception to checking out and everything in between the service and standards were fabulous. Sky bar on 8th floor was a great treat in the Sunshine. Breakfast was busy but calm with great cleaning standards and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here and at this Brand again. Thank you for making our family stay so easy.

    Birthday Celebration

    I just spent a lovely weekend in the H10 Hotel in Waterloo. This is a stylish 4-star hotel located in a convenient part of central London. It’s a solid choice for travellers who want comfort, good transport links, and great city views. The rooms are well-equipped with essentials like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and modern tech features. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good variety of options. We received a very warm welcome from Luis at reception, who took care of all our needs during our stay. Will look forward to staying in the H10 Hotel, on my next trip to London

    Noisy Room

    Arrived at H10 16/03 for 3 nights. Stayed in room 1005 , & had no sleep whatsoever due to the extreme noise from the street, it was like sleeping outside. I noticed the next morning that there was something wrong with the window & it was ajar & couldn’t close properly which was disappointing as this should be spotted by hotel. I notified Valentina at reception who was extremely helpful. She immediately changed the room.

    Great affordable hotel in London

    Stayed here at the beginning of the year. From start to finish our experience was wonderful. Samira at reception was so friendly, offered us a complimentary drink on arrival and told us to take a seat which was needed after a long day of travelling. The room was beautiful, we had a lovely view and it was very comfortable. Roof top bar was an added bonus. Staff here were very friendly. Sorry I didn’t get their names. It was the evening of the 17th of Jan. the doorman was so sweet also. Still thinking of the hotel and will 100% be back. Location was perfect. 10-15 mins from central and a 5 or so minute walk from Waterloo station. I work in a hotel myself and can see how well this hotel operates. Well done to all the staff :)
