    Another lovely stay here at our go to London hotel

    It delivers every time , from the first moment we stepped through the doors - greeted by Violeta with a glass of cava ( always welcome) and who sorted our two rooms a bit earlier as we were off to a matinee ! Then up to the Sky bar for early tapas which were really good and plenty of choice . Our complimentary cocktails ( Club members) also add to the experience and Breakfast is always excellent with great choices for everyone - see you in 2026 !

    1 night stay

    Lovely welcome, quick and easy to book in. We were offered a drink immediately. The room was clean, and well laid out with all the usual amenities. Kettle, refreshments and complimentary bathroom essentials. The only downside was the stuffiness of the room, we couldn't get the air-conditioning to come on. It was late so we slept out of the covers. There was no water available in the room or communal areas. We had some in the chargeable fridge but was jot prepared to pay the large price for it. So I would recommend 2 improvements: 1- clear instructions on how to cool the room down. 2- drinking water provided as the rooms are so warm. Nonetheless it was a nice stay.

    Outstanding London Stay

    From the friendly helpful reception staff to the outstanding room and breakfast, this is a great place to stay, just an 8 minute walk from Waterloo Station. The room we had has recently been updated. Whoever designed this should be applauded. It’s one of the best updates I’ve seen anywhere. Beautiful walk in shower, lovely fittings throughout. Comfortable bed and very airy. Everything you would expect in the room is there and more. The breakfast caters for every taste and has been well thought through. The whole hotel is spotless and smells lovely, even outside! Thank you for making our trip to London extra special!

    Not as good as other H10 hotels

    We travel extensively and stay at H10 hotels regularly. We always love that you are greeted with a warm welcome, smile and glass of something refreshing when if your room is not quite ready. Sadly not here. We arrived at 2pm, our room was not ready until 3pm. This was the check in time so we understood. We asked for a welcome drink, we were told that we could go to the bar and purchase one. We were unable to have our welcome drink until we had our room key. We went to the sky bar and purchased a drink and some nibbles. 30 minutes later we returned to reception to ask if our room was ready. It was. We were then offered a welcome drink and provided with our members drink vouchers. Reception staff were told that this hotel is not as good as other H10 hotels as its not an all inclusive hotel. We have stayed in lots of H10 hotels all over Europe and even when your room isn't ready, you are provided with a welcome drink, drinks voucher and warm welcome. We were also greeted with maintenance work. There was no signs and no email warning us of the building working taking place in the lobby.
