Probably our sixth visit, never fails to meet the very highest standards in all departments. Rooms immaculate, food always exceptional in the buffet Restaurant. Highly recommended.

Best hotel experience ever for this kind of holiday.
1st time. Superb organisation, kind staff, splendid facilities. Nice pools. Beautiful views. Variety of food. Everything perfect. ❤️ Website was as it was IRL.

A real treat
Exceeded expectations. Fabulous hotel but the jewel in the crown is the swim up rooms. Staff friendly, efficient and caring. Loads of facilities. You don't need to leave the complex

Another fabulous stay
This was our 3rd stay here. The hotel is lovely, well kept and clean. All the staff work so hard and seem genuinely pleased you are staying there. We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive in a privilege room, it’s a treat to be able to book all of the Al a carte restaurants and all these meals were amazing. You do need to book these in advance which is easy to do on their app once you’re there. You also get access to the rooftop infinity pool and bar which has a really lovely feel to it. All the other pools are good too. We faced the Hard Rock hotel - they didn’t have any events during our stay. We ate in the privilege restaurant, Stromboli and Route 66 - we never managed 3 courses as we were stuffed after a starter and main! The buffet restaurant is great too, everything fresh hot and not repetitive. We used this for lunch and two evening meals. The hotel it’s quite quiet in terms of activity and entertainment, so if you really want to relax without the loud pool environment then this is perfect. The sun loungers were respected and not reserved at silly times -or left for hours in end, we’ve been here in the summer months too and it was the same - I hope that doesn’t change! The trip was for my husband’s milestone birthday, I booked one of their celebration packages which was all ready in our room on arrival. For one of our meals, hubby got balloons on our table and staff came out with candles, cake and sang happy birthday at the end of our meal which was so lovely. We had a truly lovely stay for our special occasion. I’m pretty sure we’ll be back again as we do like this hotel and H10 is our favourite chain too :)

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice and comfortable. There is a lovely sea view but you can hear the music from the Hard Rock Cafe when you are in your room. There are some bars and shops very close to the hotel. The food in the hotel is good but if you are a vegan like myself the food is very limited and the staff are not very helpful if you ask to prepare anything different, for example a pizza with vegetable without the cheese. There are also plenty of cakes and deserts which look delicious but unfortunately not plant based. The place is very pleasant and relaxing to sunbathe by the infinity pool.
