    Beautiful hotel

We’ve been going to the hard rock for the last 6 years and decided to try H10 for a change . We were very impressed, so much so we’ve booked again on way home for same time next year ! The privilege package is well worth the money . Rooms lovely , spacious, hotel positioned in one of our favourite areas . Lots of pool areas to choose from . Highly recommend

    A wonderful experience.

My experience at this five-star hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff offered a warm, and genuine welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. The check-in was seamless, which set the tone for the level of service. The room was well presented, clean, very well designed, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the toiletries provided were very nice. Dining at the hotel was equally impressive. The restaurants offered a diverse menu with great presentation., What stood out, however, was the service. All the staff members I encountered were professional, attentive and made my stay memorable. It’s rare to experience such consistency across all areas of a hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to others

Could have been good if they had listened...

Positives. Clean and smart fairly new hotel. Staff on the whole are good. Free shuttle bus to Las Americas. Room entry fob on your wrist band. Negatives. The food is acceptable but falls short of the hotel rating. They are keen to close the grill asap, twice during our stay I stood and asked them to reopen it, we seen other guests forced to do the same. 3 coffee machines for 1 large busy breakfast area is no where near enough. Not convinced by the booking system for every meal, many times we arrived to  queues 8+ deep at the door. Very few shops, pubs etc close by. The refreshment towels and Cava on arrival must be for privilege guests only. If you are going to book it has to be privilege or at least the middle block (Beso Building, room numbers starting with 2) otherwise you will have disruption from the mini waterpark. If you want a more peaceful holiday try and avoid the first block (Parasio Building, room numbers starting with 1 and definitley not on level 3) Level 3 runs uninterupted along all 3 accomadation buildings, so if you have a room number like 1304, 1311 there will be a lot of people passing your room door. We couldnt book the privilege area with TUI before arrival only to be told there was no availability. We had emailed the hotel weeks before we arrived asking specifically not to be put close to the more child friendly outdoor areas if they couldnt upgrade us (a previous review highlighted disruption issues as they had travelled as a couple without children like us) Woken up on our first morning from what sounded like a giant waterfall (see the attached image, the video wouldnt upload) we were directly opposite the busiest kids area on the whole complex which includes a very noisy mini waterpark. Arrived Saturday night and it wasnt until Tuesday when we had a conversation with the experience manager to be told "there might be a different room available later in the week" They then tried to justify it by saying the room was an upgrade from a double to a family, we later found out that was untrue as the double and family rooms are the same size. The balcony is useless between 9-6 due to the noise. In the interest of fairness we were offered 1 meal in the a la carte area as a good will gesture which we declined as we thought it was to little to late. This was our first holiday with TUI and a hotel chain like this for 3 years and the reasons above reminded me why.

Mixed feelings about my 11-night stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset

I recently returned from an 11-night stay in a Privilege Room at the H10 Atlantic Sunset. While there were many elements that made our holiday special, the housekeeping standards were a major disappointment for a 5-star establishment. The Highlights: Service & Atmosphere The hotel’s location and the pool areas are stunning. Exceptional Service: I want to give a huge thank you to Marta at the rooftop bar. She is a lovely person and her service was outstanding. At The View Restaurant, Xuan Tran and Hose were incredibly professional and pleasant. General Staff: I must also mention that the rest of the team—from the receptionists to the other restaurant and hotel staff—were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Special Touches: We truly appreciated the attention to detail upon arrival and departure, including the champagne, sweets, and the mini-bar being replenished every second day. The evening concerts were also a great addition. The Low Points: Housekeeping & Cleanliness Unfortunately, the standard of cleaning was unacceptable. Room Maintenance: For an 11-night stay, our bed linens were only changed once (on the 5th night). Furthermore, the bedding looked very "tired" and was a dull grey color; at this price point, guests expect fresh, bright white linens. Lack of Detail: The bathroom floors were never washed, and the makeup mirror was thick with dust. Used coffee mugs were never replaced, and instead of proper spoons, we were only given wooden stirrers. Hallways: Upon arrival on the 3rd floor, the hallway carpets leading to the Privilege rooms were heavily stained, which was a very disappointing first impression. Dining Issues at the Buffet While the specialty restaurant was great, the buffet experience was marred by a specific staff member at the fish station. When we asked for an extra shrimp, she threw it onto the plate with visible anger. When we asked to exchange a piece of fish because it was raw, she became very dismissive. We felt so uncomfortable that we avoided that section for the rest of the trip. Summary The hotel is beautiful and has some of the hardest-working, kindest staff (like Marta, Xuan Tran, and Hose), but the housekeeping and buffet service standards need urgent attention. For a "Privilege" experience, one expects a spotless environment and high-quality linens.

    Excellent stay - great value!

We stayed for a week in March 2026, on a privilege room basis. Our stay overall was excellent, the hotel features a very well designed layout, the initial reception process, while slow, was methodical and well structured - and we left for our room without too many outstanding questions. I loved the fact the hotel was not pushy to take your luggage, I much prefer to take my own to the room on my terms - they would if you asked them, but we were more than happy to take our own. We were in the privilege block at the end of the hotel - a long, but flat walk after the initial lift down from reception. The upgrade is 100%++ worth it. You get private a-la-cart breakfast and dinner every day, private open-bar lounge, mini bar fully included, restocked every other day as a minimum, all cocktails, extended wine menu included, nice rooms, toiletries - the only weak points being the room shower lacked pressure. Other a-la-cartes were okay - the Japanese is an experience worth doing for a night, the Italian was average, the ingredient quality wasn't up there - doing pizza with poor cheese is going to have a bad outcome. It's a bit frustrating that you are restricted to a strict starter and main in the a-la-cartes, especially as the starters are quite limited. Fortunately the privilege view restaurant was much better. Access to privilege is by wrist band, including the lounge and restaurant - works really well, and was flawless all week (the wrist band is also your door key, awesome). We got a late check out as asked which made our departure very easy - grateful to the hotel for that. Every meal requires a booking, the web app for the hotel is excellent, especially as you can view all the menus from the hotels website before you even get there (including which drinks & wines are included)! Booking is easy, it's clever from the hotel as it allows them to monitor customer flow and ensure food is there for the volume of people expected. Some struggled with the notion of booking even the buffet, but once you started it was quite easy! There's four pools in the hotel, one child, one mixed, one infinity and one roof top infinity. The roof top pool can only be accessed and used by privilege rooms. And this is one of two real improvement suggestions I would make - that roof top pool should be adults only. Given there are three other pools and plenty of space around, while I understand you can have kids in the privilege rooms it would be really good if there was just somewhere for adults to be uninterrupted during the day. Not being selfish, but just saying holidays are meant for relaxing and kids running around sun loungers isn't very relaxing! Lastly the spa, we had a few days of iffy weather and on one of them wanted to use the privilege daily access to the spa - but upon going to the spa reception we were told it was full, that we could only book for the following day - on seeing no one in the water we asked if there was any chance, no, we only have capacity for 14 in the water - seems bizarre to say subject to availability on the spa if only 14 out of a whole hotel can access. Definitely something to improve the messaging around. Overall an excellent stay, we had high expectations and all were pretty much met - its on our to return list for sure!
