    Great 5 ☆ Hotel

    Fab relaxing holiday, lovely pools, great food in the 4 restaurants that we tried, friendly staff, modern comfortable rooms, pleasant bar area in the evening away from the entertainment, evening entertainment every evening. Not too far to walk to shops, bars etc in Playa Paraiso

    Estancia muy agradable en familia

    Nos ha encantado el hotel, perfecto para ir con niños. Las piscinas para ellos están fenomenal, lo mejor los animadores Victor y Fernanda, siempre con una sonrisa y animando a todos. Lo malo, que cobraran las botellas en el comedor de agua filtrada por el hotel a 3€ cada una…

    Beautiful Hotel

    Beautiful, spacious, light room and bathroom, very comfortable bed. Outdoor swimming pool had heated water, I was able to swim without freezing. WiFi was good for work, stunning surroundings to walk around. Housekeeping lady was was very friendly and helpful. Super clean room and spotless public areas. Bottled room in the room was much appreciated. Very nice toiletries as well. Unfortunately I could hear other people talking loudly in the corridor late at nightand early in the morning, it disturbed my sleep. The hotel claims that rooms are sound proof, its not soundproof to the corridor. Also I couldn't find gluten free options for breakfast, no porridge. Some of the restaurant staff looked moody. Dinner was included in my package but not a drink. I had to pay even for a glass of water with my meal which was odd. Check out was slow, receptionist didn't ask how my stay was.

    One of the best All Inclusives around

    Just spent a week here for a solo chillout break. I've stayed at the H10 in Lanzarote and while it was ok, it wasn't great, so I was hesitant to come here, but got a deal that I couldn't resist! This was worlds apart from the there- couldn't fault it!! Staff are amazing, food delicious and the privilege all inclusive is one of the best AI packages I've experienced- definitely worth the bit extra for the pool, restaurant, spa and lounge! Didn't love the area as there is not much around and it's very man made, but the hotel was amazing! If you are looking for a chill break this is a great option!

    H10 en familia

    Un fin de semana en familia, el hotel es espectacular. La calidad de la comida es muy alta. El equipo de animación son un encanto con los niños, nuestra hija esta encantada con Alejandro, Erisa y Fernanda. Volveremos muy pronto sin duda alguna.
