Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to bars/restaurants and about 15-20 minute walk to shopping centre and more bars and restaurants. The hotel was very modern and very clean and rooms are beautiful with super comfy beds. The staff were friendly and happy to help. The food was really good, and we tried all the à la carte restaurants with the teppanyaki being our favourite. The service could be better in the Italian and food wasn’t wonderful in Route 66. The one area for improvement could be the evening entertainment and atmosphere in the bar area. There is a show on in a dedicated area and sometimes other music in bar area, however the way the seating area is set out, it can lack atmosphere. All meals need to be booked on the app which is fine, but it would be good if there was a wider range of snacks available at the pool bar all day and you didn’t need to book in for pool bar. Overall we had a very relaxing and excellent holiday and the hotel is beautiful.

It’s easy to use superlatives to describe this holiday experience. I keep coming back because the overall experience is hard to beat. Friendly staff, who know my name, greet me like an old friend. The quality of room and services offer outstanding value. It’s situated in a quieter area and views are something I never tire of.

Fantastic hotel with very kind and helpful staff
Fantastic hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. We did like the several restaurants in the hotel; they provide a cosy athmosphere and a more personal experience; moreover the quality of the restaurants is very good. We had a big room with a fantastic view. Facilities in the hotel are top. Finally, the location of and the view from the hotel are perfect. We might come back in the future!

Sun, sea and Sangria a plenty
Always love this place - 3rd time and wasn’t disappointed. Staff are attentive and personable, they make you feel welcome and some recognised us from our last visit. More children this time, but hot l big enough to be away from them if you want peace and quiet. We so pay for privilege rooms and be warned choose a sea view if you don’t want music and noise as the hotel backs into Hard Rock hotel that has live music most nights. It’s very loud, but does stop around midnight.

Too much noise hard rock hotel next door and they gave us a room with kids closest too that hotel. Pool for kids was closed the whole week and no small refund
