    wish we had booked this hotel earlier on our visit

    Hotel is absolutely peaceful. Swim up room is amazing. I would write this 5 out of five. Staff absolutely brilliant and very friendly.

    Amazing hotel

    Great hotel, friendly staff, tasty food , great swimming pools and entertainment. We loved it. Returned for the 3rd time.

    Easter holiday

    This was our first family holiday with friends and it was absolutely perfect! Delicious food, fabulous animation team to keep the kids entertained and a beautiful hotel. Lots of complimentary activities for both kids and adults; water obstacle course, funfair (with generous prizes), easter egg hunt (full sized Lindt bunnies at dinner!). We even got to do a glass jewellery craft class with a complimentary keepsake necklace to take home. All these extra touches just really made the hotel stand out. Big thanks to the guest services team who were absolute superstars and so attentive! Thank you so very much! The Ford Family x

    Amazing hotel

    We visited this hotel for the third time. It is definitely one of our favorite hotels and we want to go back someday. Privilege rooms are the best choice for couples. We especially liked the rooftop pool, which has a wonderful view and is only for users of privilege rooms. This pool could be for adults only, then it would be even better. Of the restaurants, we really liked the Privilege restaurant, which has a wonderful view and you can eat breakfast and dinner. We also liked the Sakura restaurant and the Italian restaurant. In the evenings, there were performances for families and there were different singers in the lobby bar.
