  An amazing hotel with the most attentive staff

  What an absolutely wonderful hotel! Stayed for 5 nights with my elderly mother for a short Christmas break. The hotel is spotless, and I mean spotless. Every single member of staff we came across was friendly, polite and kind - always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. The food was exceptional. We ate in the Stromboli restaurant and the Privilege restaurant. Unfortunately I didn’t manage to get names but the gentlemen who served us in the Privilege restaurant were fantastic - the took the arm of my mum to seat her and made sure she was looked after. They are a credit to the hotel. We loved the Privilege areas and had no problem at all finding sun loungers. Small touches like the Christmas gifts stand this hotel apart. We have stayed in quite a few H10 hotels and this is by far the best. We would have no hesitation recommending the Atlantic Sunset to anyone and are already planning to see when we can come back with my two sons. Thank you to everyone who made our Christmas break so special - we will be back!

  Wonderful childcare

  ⸻ A wonderful Christmas stay. The Daisy team are incredibly experienced and professional. My daughter loved going there every day — they were engaging, fun, energetic, and an absolute pleasure to see. For anyone looking for a hotel with excellent childcare, I highly recommend it. The entertainment and mini disco were fantastic as well. A special thank you to Alicia, Martin, and Andrea (apologies if I’ve missed anyone’s name) — you were all wonderful

  Fantastic hotel

  Stand out staff * Stefania * Andrew The Food The main buffet restaurant was well run, with a selection choice each evening but the food was great quality. This was used for the Gala dinner on Christmas day which was fantastic beautiful seafood selection all the luxury food you would want fir the holidays, cheese's, pate, confit duck, succulent beef Route 66 - best nachos I've had in a restaurant, small menu, nice steak, good portions Stromboli- beautifully presented starters, nice pasta. Breakfast - plenty of choice for all tastes Sakura Teppanyaki - Mediocre very filling and most of the courses slightly too salty or over cooked Coffee shop - the carrot cake was delicious, the only negative was I wished it opened later in the day The Rooms - great design, recessed lighting, plenty of wardrobe space but could do with a few more hangers as we only had 5 each Huge shower, double sinks, the only negative  is the door on the bathroom is louvre style which does not give noise privacy when using the toilet Large balcony facing the sunrise beautiful unspoilt view of the coast and the mountains For a fully relaxed holiday this was the ideal place The pools and sunbeds are separate in 3 levels at the side of the hotel which is great for all age's

  Amazing time at Christmas

  Amazing blend of luxury and family fun. Rooms are spotless with enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Plenty of pool options which are warmed up for winter swimming including a waterpark style pool. Kids activities throughout the day and evening entertainment. Adult only areas as well. Plenty of variety with food options and the pool bar is great for lunchtime sit down meals (sports bar type food). Not crazy busy in the local area like Las Americas but enough you can leave the hotel and find shops, restaurants, beaches etc Highly recommend hotel Also, try and include Siam Park on any visit. Maybe 30euro from hotel / 15 mins

  Lovely hotel.Recommended.

  Another visit to the Atlantic Sunset , another lovely holiday, back there again in a few months The hotel is situated in Playa Paraiso just across the road from the Hard Rock. Went Privilege.Lovely room , lovely view. Awaiting us on our arrival as in their loyalty scheme a chilled bottle of Cava and some macaroons.Thankyou. Privilege allows you access to the Sakura Teppanyaki Restaurant,the Stromboli Italian restautant and the pool bar that in the evenings become an American Diner.All need to be pre booked on the app Tried all 3 this visit. Teppanyake a spectacle. Privilege also gives accessto the rooftop infinity pool and to The View, well named. The view is split into two.The first section has easy chairs and a well stocked bar, chilled drinks and a coffee machine which you can use from 11.00 a.m till 10.00pm at no extra charge, help yourself.I do not drink but chilled water, soft drinks , coffee . The second part of The View is a lovely restaurant , again it needs booking on the app. It is open for breakfast and for evening meals, again this is included with Priviklege. All of the staff we encountered at the Atlantic Sunset were always very friendly and very helpful, recetion, cleaners, garden staff and restaurant staff but especial mention to all of the staf both managerial and waiters at The View, good to see "old faces" like Stephania and new ones like Naeve but too many names to remeber and I was remiss in not making a note of names.The staff are amazing. Tried the main restaurant first evening , again lot to choose from, friendly helpful staff. Hotel grounds immaculate On arriving I realised I had forgotten som e of my prescribed medicatio so went to reception where the male receptionist helpfull povided me with details of a doctors surgery at the Rosa Centre a few minutes walk away.Attended there next moring.Prescption by doctor cost about £35 , medication cost at pharmacy under £6. Expected to pay a lot more. Entertainment maily in the le Boite, first time used facility.Acts generally good but...lighting too bright really, lacks atmosphere Saw Rocket Man (recommended)Elton John tribute twice while there , first time in Le Boite, second in bar area next to reception, second time for us was a better experience Recommend a walk..From Atlantic Sunset towards Hard Rock.Follow coastal path.Wide. well kept.Follow it far enough and come to a wooden walkway.Cross it.Ground dusty , uneven but follow it down and a nic elittle refreshment point ,Osteria before you walk back.Carry on a few hundred yards and in another resort. The hotel does provide a courtesy bus to Las Americas daily (book on app). A lovely hotel , my partner always says best one ever been to .Recommended. See you again in a few months
