Feb 04, 2026Noisy large group - snelky rooms
Noisy - large groups both Adult groups (loud drunks) and chilld/ teenage groups w chaperones at least during off season- noisy late inti night w/o respect for other clients. Front office can do nothing until 11 pm. Room smells old . Hotel building needs updates. Staff does their best.

Check-in was very easy. They have a nice restaurant and there was a free shuttle running every 15 minutes to the bridge to see the holiday festival of lights in the old downtown. The hotel is right on the ocean. Our room had a comfortable king size bed and a childrens bunk bed with an almost full wall between them.

My wife and I booked the New Years Eve Celebration and overnight accommodations. The greeting and room were fine, a bit worn but clean. The staff overall was the great, always polite and accommodating. The access to view the fireworks was perfect! On the end of the spectrum was the dinner and dancing New Years Eve Celebration. The appetizers and bar we OK, but the buffet was poor to marginal-for a seaside resort the fish [Mahi, a local fish] must have been frozen and tasted very fishy drowned in a warm, actually cold, cream sauce and the beef was absolutely unchewable [ever one who took it left it on their plates] with no gravy or Au Jus offered. The other negative was the music [remember the average age I am guessing was 55-60, no teenagers or youth] was from a DJ playing heart pounding music designed for a Latin and 20's crowd. It would have been nice to have at least one song, just one, for a nice slow R&B or slow dance sets, where couples could have embraced ushering in the New Years. I have a background in food service and as professional concierge, so this review is not to diminish the Hotel or the staff, rather an encouragement to do a bit more specialized event for next year.

Nothing short of amazing
I was here for the weekend. Live music Friday and Saturday! ALL the bar tenders were amazing. They have beach access and a tiki bar. All the staff were great. It was exactly what I needed.

Hotel is older, but very clean. I thought it was a bit cheap not to have coffee/tea available for free outside of the one Keurig pod/person in the room. You must pay $3.50 a cup if you want coffee in the lobby.
