Best Hotel Ever! It has it all. Great Employees.
This place has everything you need. Great location, free parking, free hotel valet, huge casino, great dinning, shopping in the District. My stay here was to clear heavy machinery off parcel of land 40 miles south in the desert valley. Staying here was perfect. The lobby bar was great for meeting with lawyers, relator, and potential buyers. My job was a success and so was my stay. I was given extra care from the moment i arrived. This is a super safe hotel. This was my second stay here. All of the hotel employees were great. Rooms cleaned with extra care. Security and maintenance answered questions about the grounds and told us the best place to get wine. I super loved the piano music at Hanks! I would like to give an extra Thank You to the hotel valet crew for going above and beyond during my stay (Jan 11-18). You made navigation on site in the desert a whole lot easier. Thank you Ms. Alana Drew your crew was great! again.

Old Old and Very Old!!!
I went to the hotel during the New Year's weekend and got a king Exec. Suite for which they were charging a fortune ($1,700 for a weekend). Still, I wanted a respite after a hectic holiday schedule. When I checked into the room, I was disgusted. I immediately felt like I had walked into a very old Motel 6 or some other motel on a road in the middle of no where. The carpet was super old, the decor was old. This was a big room with a ton of EMPTY space. No living/sitting room set up. The pictures were terribly deceiving. When I went into the bathroom, not only did I find hair on the floor that wasn't mine (a definite no-no!), the sink was literally peeling away. How does porcelain crack and peel? I don't think it was porcelain at all. I don't know what the heck it was, but it looked TERRIBLE! It looked like they used some epoxy or other stuff to try to make it look better, and that stuff was peeling away. It was disgusting, and even more so for $1700!!! After barely 5 minutes of disgust, I went downstairs and told them I would only stay one night (assuming they'd try to charge me), but I refuse to stay the entire weekend. They literally tried to charge me the entire weekend, regardless. Needless to say, they soon discovered that I'm not the one to play with on those matters. I check out immediately--FULL REFUND IN HAND!!! I went by the casino and it too was empty and tired looking. All that money and they're not even putting it where it matters!!

Not good for us
Green Valley Ranch Resort and Spa Henderson We will not be returning 874138437 The Tuscany suite we stayed in had a few faults, shower not working properly, stains on the chairs. I asked if they could fix the shower, they tried but couldn’t. They gave us $50 refund! (Very disappointed) Also my sisters room had a shower that leaked all over the bathroom, same deal $50.. reception staff (not in VIP) we’re defensive and the young female manager just wouldn’t help any further than the refund. We were booked in every three weeks for 6 months.. canceled the future bookings Dr Robb Kelly

Not 4*
The hotel reception and grounds are stunning. Ate in a couple of restaurants within the hotel and they were excellent (fully recommend the steak restaurant). We had 2 rooms. One a Tuscany suite and one with 2 x queen beds. These should have been connected but they couldn’t sort. Suite - stains on sofa, shower didn’t work properly. Reported, said they’d sort but couldn’t. They’re answer $50 towards food and change rooms (remember your all unpacked and only a couple of days to go). Err NO. 2nd room - TV didn’t work. Reported. Their answer $50. Day later had to report shower flooding bathroom. Said they’d sort but didn’t. Imagine if my 72 year old husband would have slipped on that! One member of reception staff was defensive, rude and dismissive. I asked as this was a regular booking whether they would keep notes to ensure there was wasn’t a repeat on the next visit. She replied with “we don’t usually rent rooms out with issues”???? We asked for $150 voucher. She got her manager out who again was just as defensive. We had had our $50 and there was nothing else she could do. Ladies you have a lot to learn about customer service. May be front of house is not for you Our plan was to visit every 3 weeks for business for the next 6 months. Won’t be revisiting! For a 4* rating you have a lot to learn. See pics attached

Nice Off-Strip Choice
GVR stayed 3-nights due to comp offer for work and play. Resort does great job in keeping the areas in good shape given the high usage here – staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large but are showing significant wear-and-tear from the décor to even the amenities (TV a challenge, make-up mirror about to fall of wall, etc.) – which is sad because this is a very nice property. Bathrooms large and showers have plenty of hot, hot water. Lost hotel wi-fi for a while one morning in the middle of working from the room – not sure why but was off for a while. Gym is exceptional and has lots of cardio/fitness machines to choose from. Restaurants are quite good (dine-in, food court selections, specialty restaurants) and the Pizza Rocks is a must-do especially during their Happy Hour. Ate there twice during our stay and never disappointed; use to visit Hanks for Happy Hours but think we have found a new place for us. Utilized free valet (tips only) and the app allowed your car to be ready very quickly. If looking for a great stay – away from the strip – but with all the Casino tables, machines and amenities consider GVR.
