Used to be a premier property but not anymore. Nearly every bank of slot machines has units with broken card readers, broken bill acceptors, or machines totally out of service. Even the elevator near the sportsbook won't go to the top level of the parking garage. Very disappointed.

I have been going here for years and it simply keeps getting better and better. The new head of Concierge Debbie and Douglas are wonderful. Highly professional , detail orientated and never make you feel like you are bothering them; to the contrary they are there to help, support and serve you…Debbie did a great job and felt like family… The Spa is a favorite and everyone is very kind, facilities and amenities are wonderful and wish I could use it more often… Natalie was “amazing” and I will return. The remodel is wonderful, bright and updated and makes everything seem so much bigger and better. Facility is clean, auto lights are great and bathroom is wonderful… Food is good and always enjoy the “Lucky Penny” cafe. Tried Hanks for the first time and it was delightful . Ate too much, service was outstanding and it is pricey but why not… if you don't treat yourself who will… Took in a movie , enjoyed some light gambling and walked around the District which is alway fun…Truly enjoy GVR, I shall return and looking forward to the next trip to “Vegas”

I would stay here again for sure. The room was spacious and has a balcony that you can step out on. Room was quiet and clean.

Concern Regarding Inappropriate Behavior from Cocktail Waitress Near Sports Book Area My husband and I have been loyal guests of Green Valley Ranch for over 18 years. We truly enjoy visiting your property — it’s a wonderful local casino with plenty of things to do, and we’ve always appreciated the friendly atmosphere and great service your team provides. However, I wanted to bring a concern to your attention regarding one of the cocktail waitresses who works near the Sports Book area. Recently, my husband has received coffee cups with handwritten messages such as “Good morning ❤️” and “XOXO” from this particular waitress while he was playing the slots. While I’m sure the intention may have been friendly, I feel that this behavior is not appropriate in a professional setting. It has made us both uncomfortable and disappointed, especially given how much we value and frequent your establishment. I kindly ask that management look into this matter and remind staff to maintain a professional demeanor with all guests. We truly appreciate Green Valley Ranch and hope this issue can be addressed promptly so we can continue enjoying the comfortable and welcoming experience we’ve always known.
