I would stay here again for sure. The room was spacious and has a balcony that you can step out on. Room was quiet and clean.

Concern Regarding Inappropriate Behavior from Cocktail Waitress Near Sports Book Area My husband and I have been loyal guests of Green Valley Ranch for over 18 years. We truly enjoy visiting your property — it’s a wonderful local casino with plenty of things to do, and we’ve always appreciated the friendly atmosphere and great service your team provides. However, I wanted to bring a concern to your attention regarding one of the cocktail waitresses who works near the Sports Book area. Recently, my husband has received coffee cups with handwritten messages such as “Good morning ❤️” and “XOXO” from this particular waitress while he was playing the slots. While I’m sure the intention may have been friendly, I feel that this behavior is not appropriate in a professional setting. It has made us both uncomfortable and disappointed, especially given how much we value and frequent your establishment. I kindly ask that management look into this matter and remind staff to maintain a professional demeanor with all guests. We truly appreciate Green Valley Ranch and hope this issue can be addressed promptly so we can continue enjoying the comfortable and welcoming experience we’ve always known. Thank you for your time and understanding.

“Clean Resort, Friendly Staff, and Great Food!”
One of our favorite places to stay! The resort is always very clean, and the pool with the sand area is so much fun for the kids. The rooms are clean and spacious. We also love taking walks along the Green Valley District. There are plenty of great food options, and you can’t beat the $5 cheeseburger meal at the Lucky Penny!

Business/Pleasure Loved it!!
This hotel is off the strip, but so close, we did not feel like it affected our trip as far as convenience. The hotel was very clean! One thing that I noticed, was that when the staff clean the rooms, they move their cart in front of the door so you can’t just wander in, to any room because the cart is all the way down the end of the hall. The staff were very friendly, we used all amenities. The Spa was relaxing, supplies of all kind were available, including lockers. The masseuse was highly professional, and amazing. The staff were very friendly, everywhere. We ate at , The Lucky Penny, Hanks, Bottiglia, both Coffee locations. We ate outside the hotel, but we always made our way back to the hotel to eat. Hanks, was true Fine Dining. It felt like we had our own wait staff. Final note, 99% of hotels are not perfect, but when the manager is notified, they address the issue, and realistically that’s all you can ask for. Kindness and respect go a long way! Definitely going back to this hotel.
