ULC member experience
Part of the ULC private club. Service was quick & delightful. Breakfast and lunch staff were considerate and attended to all needs. Fanny was very welcoming and nice, she remembers our morning drinks too! Overall, great service with ULC! Dinner reservation made at other restaurants, in which the service wasn’t as excellent at the service from the staff at the ULC club house.

We had the pleasure of being served by Fanny at the premium restaurant at Sirenis Punta Cana, and she truly made our dining experience exceptional! Her warm smile and attention to detail set the tone for an unforgettable evening from the moment we sat down. Fanny was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and went above and beyond to ensure every request was met with perfection. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel so special. The food was exquisite, but Fanny’s service was the night's highlight. I highly recommend asking for her if you visit—she’s a gem!

Amazing trip, thanks Mayra, Milciades, and Mario
To those looking for a good family vacation. There are many reviews about this establishment, I will give candid feedback as people have unreasonable expectations of resorts. My family is an average family, we are face value, accepting, appreciative people that understand we come from a privileged area of the world. So here goes: The bus ride was something else, my wife was confused and concerned because it was a minibus. We took it in stride, it took about 45 minutes and we had good company on the ride over. Check-in and bell boys were prompt, again you can expect a slight delay as there systems and the process takes time. People should be patient as the staff wonder by with refreshments. Checking out has been seamless, the Bell boy Mario was fantastic and assisted us. The food is good all things considered, it is not exemplary and people should not expect caviar and pampered service. Be reasonable and appreciate the people serving you and you will be appreciated. Special thanks to Mayra and Milciades for you excellent service, you really took care of us. We tipped, and didn't see anyone tipping, a few dollars isn't going to make or break anyone. Rooms, a small bit of gratitude goes a long way. Everyday our room was meticulous cleaned, restocked, and looking great. We noticed people disrespecting staff, leaving items and half eaten food in the hallways with no respect for staff or others. The amenities were truly great, again people need to be aware that it's tropical and buildings wear differently. The Waterpark was unreal, my son got hurt on the slide because he didn't follow instructions. A cut on his ankle which was promptly bandaged by the staff. Those not following can expect the same. All we can say is that we had an extremely positive time while staying here. My phone got a bit waterlogged and the offered the old rice dry solution which worked. If you're planning this trip dont set expectations, come with an open mind and be kind to the people. We would definitely come back and bring others. One again shout out to Mayra, Mario and Milciades

Great family holiday!
We very much enjoyed our stay! Staff was very helpful and polite, especially the front desk worker Sandy who was so kind. There were so many options for dining, clean beaches with no seaweed and great evening entertainment such as live music. We came with a Czech travel agency, therefore would like to give special thanks to Ivo and Sara who were always there for us and helped with everything we needed.

Hello, my name is József Kardos, I spent six beautiful days in room 4513, I just want you to know that your hotel is perfect, the layout is perfect, the programs are very colorful, the food is impeccable, don't be sorry for the negative comments, you can't serve all people needs, there are people with bad intentions, believe me, everything is perfect, the people are wonderful, the people who works there always asked me and everyone how they can help to spend their days happily, so I spent an unforgettable 7 days with my wife, if I have the opportunity and of course I have money and if God wants it, we would be happy to go back. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. It was wonderful and I want to go back Have a nice day if I ever go here GRAND SIRENIS ... ui: I saw everyone working there, they showed me the sign of respect, it filled me with a good feeling, it's a nice gesture, good luck in the future
