"nice" hotel but.....
The main let down was the food..... always cold that's breakfast, lunch and dinner. Cold baked beans, cold fried tomato, cold hash browns, cold bacon (when on the menu) as for the so called sausage lol (losley describe as) over cooked and yes cold. Scrambled eggs yep cold french toast cold. And I am afraid to say this is every day. On the other hand the staff are fantastic can't do to much for you, the best I have ever come across in the 25 years I have been comming to the Dominican Republic. On the bright side if you want HOT meals try the bookable restaurants (of which there is a lot). And to think I am still here and we have already booked for next year (might change booking yet). Oh yes watch out for the concierge they will hound you to try the upgrade (mega bucks double your holiday price) but apart from cold food it's a "nice" hotel

Disappointed
Shame because it could be a good place to stay but staff etc just don’t care Unless your tipping 100s off dollars each day you are not important to them. Water park is very dangerous we all had cuts and scrapes Rooms were dirty and hardly cleaned

An excellent vacation at GS Punta Cana
The atmosphere at this resort is impressive as the beach is beautiful and it is a family friendly resort. It was obvious remodeling had recently occurred. Our room was comfortable and met our expectations during our stay. The bathroom design was perfect for 2 people. We could see the well manicured grounds, member pool and the ocean from our room. Evrrything in the room met our expectations. Our concierge staff was Andolina and Lauren. They were both great and exceeded our expectations Wonder was always very assistive in the members restaurant. The staff at the spa were great and Yadelkis is an excellent massage therapist. This was our 4th visit to this resort as members and was our best visit yet. We will definitely return to this resort.

Family Vacation at Punta Cana
We had such a wonderful experience at Grand Serenis Punta Cana. The highlight for us was definitely the water park — the baby pool was perfect for my 1-year-old and made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. The beach was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the overall ambiance of the resort was exactly what we needed for a peaceful family vacation. A special shoutout to Nancy from the Kids Club — she was such a great vibe and made our interactions feel warm and memorable. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel
Was worried when i saw some of the reviews but when we arrived i was confused as the bad reviews didn't make sense as from the minute we arrived to the minute we left we had an amazing time...the staff were friendly and always smiling...the amount of bars and restaurants was unreal...we didn't walk of the plane we rolled off..😁 the amount of cocktails and drink options was fantastic...the beach bar the two pool bars the lobby..etc etc all the staff were helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. It's my 2nd stay at a sirenis resort and it won't be my last. We went as a family of 6 4 adults 2 teenagers..the site is secure and our teenagers did there own thing most of the time which included a lot of time in pizza shop and at beach grill or water park. Everything is kept spotlessly clean the grounds are stunning and are constantly being worked on..get a fresh off the tree coconut mm lovely. The rooms are really nice though they do have a slight smell of damp but don't believe the staff can do anything about that as it's very humid and our cossie wouldn't even dry out side. The rooms are spacious and clean and the tv has a great selection of English speaking channels including one with movies that haven't come out in uk much to my grandsons joy. The coffee shop does great coffees and pastries and the ice creams are lush. All in all the grand sirensis punta cana was fantastic
- AdvisoryStarting January 1, 2026, Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya will replace nightclubs with outdoor nighttime activities in newly renovated venues. Guests can enjoy music and dancing at La Plaza in Punta Cana and Bar Breathe until 2:00 a.m. This change reflects evolving guest preferences for open-air experiences and marks a modern upgrade to the resorts’ entertainment offerings. Traditional nightclubs will remain open until December 31, 2025, before transitioning to this refreshed concept.
