Enjoyed our time. Food was fine, the room was also. People were so friendly, helpful, and kind! Pools not heated and would have been nice to have a hot tub for evenings. The gym was very nice.

This property will not disappoint. The location, safety, cleanliness and staff were so pleasant to deal with. It was a warm welcome upon arrival and as always sad to say goodbye. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one. Keep up the great work!

Nice hotel family friendly bigger water slides for older kids would be nice, more cultural food and shows that explain what the Mexican culture is really about would be nicer i feel like that's what traveling is about experiencing, living and learning about the new places you are visiting.

The food is yuck.
the location and overall look of the hotel is great. its pretty, with many trees, pretty pools and the buildings are great. As for “looks” its amazing. The staff are friendly and talkative and super polite. The cafe is also great with good drinks and decent pastries and sandwiches. but the food… horrendous. The options are very specific, with little to none international cuisine. Breakfast was good, pancakes, waffles, omelettes.. all delicious. Lunch and dinner, i have no words about. For an all inclusive resort, i mightve just gotten breakfast and eaten dinner outside. There are an italian and mexican restaurants, the italian one is unbelievably cold, there was a woman wearing a winter jacket inside. The food is mediocre at best, and its the only thing this hotel lacks, but it can make or break your stay. Not so important, but the bracelets are super annoying. i expected a lot more, and im left disappointed, writing this review while sitting in the dinner buffet.

Just needed a little more.
The hotel is located near the cruise port which was nice seeing ships come in and out. The beach area is small. They have rocks right there to snorkel at. Rooms were good and spacious. The main disappointment was the food. There was not many options. Only two restaurants and a buffet. Then the snack bar at the beach. Things had weird hours. The pools closed at night so no night swimming. Bars closed except for one or two at night. No entertainment at night other than the one show at 9pm. Bars did not have drink menus. People would claim chairs at the beach and you wouldn’t see people sit in them hardly all day so seating at the beach was limited.
