The Grand Park Royal experience is truly enhanced by the FUNtastic staff team. The activities like volleyball, cooking classes, cornhole, aqua-aerobics, auctions, and shows were so amazing. Special thanks to Edgar, Jazmin, and Juan for bringing the energy everyday and making such a great and lasting positive impression.

Best staff at this resort
Edgar is the man! One of the snazziest guys around. The energy and greatness he brings to the resort games is the best. His kindness and attitude outside of the games was also amazing, hanging out, making jokes and just giving us an all around awesome experience. Thanks edgar, you da best!

Fun, Lively, and Unforgettable Stay at Grand Park Royal Cozumel
Grand Park Royal Cozumel was an amazing stay—beautiful property, great atmosphere, and nonstop entertainment with fun demos like volleyball and ceviche that kept everyone engaged. The staff truly made the experience special. Edgar and Jazmin were amazing and brought so much energy to the resort.

Amazing experience
I had a wonderful time at the hotel, all of the staff were extremely friendly and kind. In particular Jasmin, Quenan and Daniel are some of the most welcoming and fun people. They really made the Grand Park Royal feel like a home away from home.

Everything was served at room temperature. Sushi not on ice. Fried foods were cold and gummy. Lasagna at Italian restaurant was literally cold. Cheese wasn’t melted and meat sauce wasn’t hot at all.
