Zero service, terrible food, hard PASS
My sister and I, and our three teenagers, have done all-inclusives together since our kids were small. This one is pretty bad. The location is terrible - it is right at the cruise ship doc and you just stare at huge cruise ships all day. There is zero service on the beach or at any of the pools. No one even comes around to pick up empty cups or dishes, so people just leave them around on top of trash cans. Our teenagers are so bored because there is nothing to do. No non-motorized water sports or anything like that. Small kids. - like five and under - seem to be having plenty of fun just splashing around in the water all day. There is no game room or pool table or anything. The food is the worst we’ve had in an all-inclusive. The snack bar is a frozen stack of hamburgers or hotdogs, or overcooked tortilla chips with really gross cheese. We have booked a couple of excursions since getting here, just for something to do. We are actually spending money to go to another beach club and have reasonable food and activities for a day. Boring and bad food, but the rooms are fine and clean enough. I looked at getting my money back and moving hotels, but I booked through Expedia and that isn’t possible. Unless this is your very first vacation and you will automatically be impressed, I would skip it, 100%.

Find another option
I’m actually still here, sadly. But we’ve booked beach clubs and excursions so we don’t have to spend too much time on this property. I’ve stayed in many of these in this area over the last 20 years or so - this one is by far the worst. The accommodations are typical and my room is clean. The food is terrible- really terrible. Actually very little to do here. For Cozumel. the beach is subpar- likely because of all of the cruise ships right in front of the resort. They don’t have kayaks or paddle boards probably because there’s not really a place where you could engage in those types of water sports. I wouldn’t recommend it and I will not be back.

Best staff at this resort
Edgar is the man! One of the snazziest guys around. The energy and greatness he brings to the resort games is the best. His kindness and attitude outside of the games was also amazing, hanging out, making jokes and just giving us an all around awesome experience. Thanks edgar, you da best!
