    Buffet food was not good

    This was my second time at this location. The first time was in 2017 and food was good. They must have changed ownership as the food this time was terrible especially the buffet. They really need to look at management in the buffet as nothing was served hot except the egg station. Not one piece of bacon on buffet the whole week. Food was brought out cold in chafing dishes. Dinner and lunch was the same nothing hot and not much choice. The restaurant by the infinity pool did serve a much better lunch and dinner. The staff are hardworking friendly and always right there in all restaurants. Service at the bars was also good. We found the rooms clean and spacious. Just need to fix the problem of food in the buffet.

    Vacation

    We liked the hotel. Very friendly staff. Surprised by excellent beach & dual pools by the beach! Good location, near city center. Buffet food was pretty good, better than some other restaurants laces we have stayed.

    Not the trip I was expecting

    Had better food and services from countries that are a third world country. Service was not the best. Some staff were very pleasant others would avoid making contact with you even if you greeted them.

    Rooms could use upgrades, water taps n towel bowls can be upgraded. Very friendly staff, food can include more diversity!

    The resort has been great in the past. It seems like corners have been cut. Staff is nice. Food is so so. Dinner buffet was basically the same every night and was some sort of tacos or something. Tasteless desserts. Restaurant specials menu was slow so family had to sit long and food was ok but not worth the wait.
