Another Amazing Stay – Our 13th Visit!
We just returned from our 13th visit to the Grand Park Royal, and once again, it was an incredible experience! It had only been 10 months since our last stay, and we were so impressed by the remodeling they’ve done in such a short time. The main pool area looks amazing—completely redone with a brand-new swim-up bar that adds a great vibe to the space. They also added a new snack bar and seating area to the right of the pool. It’s a relaxing, comfortable spot with plenty of seating. We stayed in the Royal Tower, and those rooms have been beautifully remodeled too! The fresh decor gives the rooms a clean, modern feel. We truly appreciate that every time we return, the resort has made noticeable improvements—it shows how committed they are to constantly enhancing the guest experience. But what keeps us coming back year after year is the amazing staff. Over the years, many have become like family to us, and it’s their warmth and hospitality that make this place feel like home. A heartfelt thank you to: • Ignacio Mirafuentes Solis – Bartender at the Cassis lobby bar. Ignacio has been crafting the best drinks for us over the past 8 years. His Palomas with Don Julio are our go-to favorites. Always friendly, always excellent service! • Yajahira Nic – The absolute best butler! She always goes above and beyond—our cabana was ready daily, dinner reservations handled with care, and anything we needed was just a message away. Thank you for taking such great care of us! • Xitlali Dominguez & Edgar Felipe Garduza Maldonado – The incredible duo at Café Sole! Edgar made our mornings with the perfect vanilla cappuccinos, and Xitlali kept us energized in the afternoon. Their smiles and service are a highlight of our day. • Edwin and all the guys at Flor De Sal – Consistently excellent food and service. Thank you! • And a shoutout to the gentleman in the morning at the Royal Tower bar restaurant—sorry we didn’t catch all your name, but thank you for your warmth and attentiveness! It was also wonderful to see familiar faces who keep the resort running smoothly: • Dario Mella • Manny Alpuche • Leonardo Rojas da Costa • Héctor (Bellhop) – always greeting us with a smile! Also wanted to thank Gina de la Rosa for assisting us with the reservation! This resort continues to improve while keeping its heart and soul in the incredible people who work there. We’re already looking forward to our next stay at our favorite place in paradise.

One of the best hotels ever
I visited the Grand Park Royal with my Mother and Grannie, and it was one of the best hotels we have all ever stayed at. We have taken a lot of holidays around the world and stayed in many hotels but this one went above most! From the minute you get to the hotel you are greeted by the friendly hotel staff, the receptionists are amazing, very friendly and well organised. The decorations of the hotel and the way it is build are phenomenal! It is the perfect resort for a relaxed family or couples down time holiday. We enjoyed the entertainment team with Luiz, Juan and co. They are very fun and kept our holiday entertainment up with their regular raffles, aqua gym and games. The food and beverage manager and hosts really tailored to our vegetarian diet and made special arrangements to ensure we had enough food options at the buffet and all the restaurants. It is a place we look back at fondly and wished we stayed longer, we will definitely be returning soon!
