Great resort for family
Nice and beautiful resort. There’s easy access to the pools and beach, and the kids really loved it. It wasn’t too crowded while we were there. It's easy to get around the property and there is lots of shade along the paths, which we appreciated. The staff are very friendly. We got an upgrade, so our room was a bit larger than usual—very clean and neat. The rooms aren't brand new or updated with modern decor, but they are well-kept. Very family-friendly overall. We loved the buffet since there are so many choices; honestly, the specialty restaurants were just average, so we preferred sticking with the buffet.

Nice vacation spot
Beautiful lush green resort. Clean rooms and excellent customer service. Food was average at the à la cart restaurants. Buffet was the best place to eat for variety to avoid crowd. We had to change rooms due to the noise as music and DJ played loud every night until 2am in the lobby /theater however staff were very accommodating and facilitated a room change quickly without issue. The beach was amazing and lots to explore. Great well kept sports facilities like tennis courts and equipment. There’s is a decent kids club for kids up to 12yo but my 10 year old thought it was a a bit babyish and they wouldn’t let him into the teenage club for 13 yo and up which was more his style with Xbox and pool tables and better activities for his age. It would’ve been way more entertaining for my son if he could’ve accessed the teenage club which was always empty.

Not an accessible resort.
Not an accessible resort. I’ve been to 9 All-Inclusive resorts and this the first that I will never come back to. There were 7 of us traveling (6 adults and one kid). All of the rooms were booked using benefit weeks through my sister and brother-in-law’s travelers club membership. A couple weeks before we arrived, the resort contacted us and asked if we needed anything special. We requested a wheelchair for my mom. First, the wheelchair wasn’t there when we arrived. It took a couple of hours for them to find one for us to borrow. The wheelchair needed air in the tires and it was extremely difficult to push – especially since many of the pathways are hilly. When we discovered how hilly the resort was, we requested a scooter instead. Which had to be paid for in advance with cash ($75 a day, $55 a day for the wheelchair). The scooter arrived the next day but couldn’t get you go everywhere within the resort. There were still stairs to get to the adult pool and Adelita restaurant. Luckly my mom can walk short distances with a cane. Since we requested mobility equipment, they moved my parents room to a first-floor room on the opposite side of the resort. Of the three rooms our family had, my parent’s room was the only one without a walk-in shower like the other panoramic suites had. It instead had a deep soaker jetted tub which was very difficult for my parents to get in and out. Basically, a death trap for the elderly. The main pool only had ladders to get into in the area with the swim up bar. There were stairs to get into the shallow side with the volleyball net but no way to get into the main side of the pool. The adult pool had steps to get into it but the railing was loose (not attached at the mid-point) and there was no swim-up bar in the adult pool. All over the resort there are very steep ramps with a lot of drop-offs, obviously these were an after-thought, where the resort was making an effort to make it accessible. There were handrails only in about half of the places they should have. The first couple of days it would take hours to get a response to WhatsApp messages. Took multiples complaints to many people to finally get resolved and didn’t get fixed until after we went to member meeting. One of the rooms had the AC not working properly and after they “fixed” it. It leaked into the room and hallway. One room had no hot water in shower for a couple of days and the bathroom faucet was loose. We went on a bus tour around the bay and the resort w

Definitely not a even a 3 star resort
No clue how this resort has a 4.2 star rating, for the price you pay you should this go somewhere else. Half the resort smelled like a septic tank. Pools were looking like the only got cleaned 5 minutes a night. Lots of minor damage in the rooms which dont seem to get any repairs ever. If you're a light sleeper good luck at this place as the blast music late into the night, this place must give discounts to the locals if they give them a 5 star review.
