The resort would be amazing if they utilized the app to make dinner reservations for the specialty restaurants. The front desk manager Jacqueline was also very rude and really didn't seem like she wanted to assist when I had a problem with my room. The property is beautiful but the constant request to upgrade for an additional fee to access to better dinner reservations was disappointing

Good Hotel
Very good hotel but you must go to Travel Club…..beach was ok and the pools are amazing. Service at the travel club was very good

Booked through Wyndham Rewards with a confirmed reservation for three guests. Upon arrival, hotel demanded undisclosed charges and stated we must pay immediately or leave late at night with a child. Management misrepresented a recorded call with Wyndham and later altered billing line items to obstruct refunds. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Proceed with caution.

Family vacation
The stay was incredible. Would stay forever if we could. Staff was very friendly. Door options were plentiful and tasty
