    Enjoyed the food at Isla Blanca buffet. Rosalinda provided amazing service and we would request her every time we went to eat at the buffet

    Disappointing

    Overall, he hotel is nice and facilities are nice. The food quality is a big miss - starting from coffee to reservation only places - some of the dinners we had were sad. I think a major food/drink overhaul should happen here, more of a bug picture overview of quality of foods on the menu. It's unacceptable to serve a burger that is cold on the inside, undercooked salmon, and sad 3 day old bread for dipping. Also, instant coffee for breakfast? Anyway - the beach and pool are fine and if you're not interested in food as much you might love it more than we did. Also, both my husband and I got the Mexcan bug our 2nd day, so the whole week was sort of ruined. We've never had that issue in other mexican resorts before
