Great spot for sports fans on vacation!
We had a wonderful time the entire trip. Service was top notch from check in to pool to dinner services. Our butler, Ricardo, was fantastic and we had amazing service at the sports bar with their entire team! Alejandro, Ivon, Bryan & Jose went above and beyond! Went to watch the Bears game and they made us feel at home! Loved the tenders and the service there - Go Bears!

Staff was friendly everywhere, but the restaurants and the service at the restaurants were poor compared to other resorts. The beach was nice and we could always find a seat, but we didn't have a tv remote in our room for the first 3.5 days, and it took 5 contacts to get one. We were in the family selection building and that made things easier (a must have if your bringing kids with a great property location), but the pools all were kind of small although nice. The resort app is nice to have while there, but turns out they don't want you booking your own reservations for restaurants on it, (won't give you the code) because they say people no show to much.

I’m currently at the resort, and this has been one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had in 30 years of traveling to Cancun. Nothing functions properly, and basic services are unnecessarily difficult. We are a party of four, yet your team lost the reservation for our second room. Because of this, friends and family we planned to spend New Year’s Eve with were sent to an entirely different resort across Cancun due to being “sold out.” After a red-eye flight, I tried to order room service—only to be told drinks can’t be included. No one answers the front desk phone (I waited over an hour), and the app does not work at all, constantly restarting and forcing new account creation. I am a Palladium member and have personally recommended this resort to others. Based on this stay, it’s clear the property has gone significantly downhill. This experience has been deeply disappointing.

Unsatisfied
Unhappy with the daily room service even though we left a tip everyday. Never received help with our safe to work even though we called multiple times and very poor service ordering food in our room!!
