  Worst place to get married. Don't come here.

  We booked our wedding here, we brought in 20 people to this resort. Everything they tell you online, you don't get. Butler? Nope, some lame excuse as to why we didn't get one. Room upgrade for the wedding couple? Same room as my wife's sister, but they gave us a fruit tray on day 1. Other than that all the money you spend for your wedding, you get nothing. Same as a regular person who booked a week there.

  The resort is almost perfect I have to say , the food, the service and the.cleanliness of the rooms was almost perfect I can't say enough look forward to see you again next year .

  Group of three couples vacation 2026

  Excellent resort ! The service, food , rooms, Beach are very nice . We went with two other couples and the only real issue we found was no beach bar . The towels on the chairs issue for saving chairs is also way out of hand here . Saw lots of chairs where people walked away and left there towels out all day and didnt come back . Overall it was a great trip and would go back again.

  Read before staying at the BAVARO side

  I have stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and I have never experienced anything this bad. We wasted a lot of money on what was supposed to be a luxury vacation at Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites Resort & Spa, and the entire experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely mismanaged. The biggest issue was the restaurant system. The resort advertises 10–20 dinner options, but we were only given access to two restaurants for the entire week—both at extremely late times around 9:30 PM. Both nights we didn’t receive our food until 11 PM. For the rest of the trip, we were forced to eat at the buffet, which was small, limited, and mediocre. One of our group has severe, life-threatening food allergies, making the dining situation not just frustrating but unsafe. We had called ahead before arriving, but staff refused to make reservations until we had our room number, leaving us with almost no options. Staying on the Bávaro side came with confusing restrictions that were never explained before booking. We were barred from pools, lunch areas, parts of the beach, and even bottled water at some bars because they were “reserved” for other sections like Family Selection. Staff forced us to move from pool chairs we had claimed at 8 AM, then suggested we sit in other guests’ chairs, which made us extremely uncomfortable. The only pool available to our section for most of the day was the quiet pool with no music and no activities, making the stay even more disappointing. The resort is huge and poorly organized, making getting around a nightmare. Walking anywhere is impractical, and golf carts take forever to find. Service was consistently slow and disorganized. One day we ordered pizza and were told it would take 40 minutes—it took over 2½ hours. The next day, they lost our ticket and yelled at us that we never ordered, even though we had been waiting for two hours. Entertainment was minimal, with almost nothing to do during the day and repetitive short shows at night. Wristbands were another issue—only one person in our room of three could use theirs properly, which caused confusion and restricted access to amenities. Transportation was also unreliable. We were told we would be picked up for our airport transfer at 10:15 AM. At 10:45 AM, we received a call that the driver couldn’t make it, and we didn’t leave the resort until 11:10 AM. We caught our flight just in time, but if this had been any later, we could have missed our flight entirely. Perhaps the most frustrating part of all was that no one was willing to help us with any issue. We asked for a manager—once at the reservation desk and once on the beach when we were told to move during the hottest part of the day—but we were never able to speak to anyone in charge. Staff even suggested we sit in other guests’ chairs. At every turn, we were met with misinformation, lack of support, and total disregard for guest experience. We also had a serious privacy violation when housekeeping entered our room without knocking. The only person who made our time at the resort enjoyable was Haranado (I may have the spelling wrong), who worked as a bartender at the pool and lobby bar. His friendliness, professionalism, and effort to make our experience better were the only bright spot during an otherwise terrible stay. I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation demanded one. From misleading advertising, terrible dining restrictions, poor service, confusing access rules, slow transportation, faulty wristbands, no managerial support, and constant inconveniences, this experience was far below what we paid for. The rooms and beds were comfortable, but that is not enough to justify the cost or frustration. I am furious that we wasted money on a resort that was so poorly run. I would not return and strongly advise anyone to reconsider before booking.
