First time at this resort group. Lots of pain points - poor communication, unable to get reservations in any restaurant for 7 days, constant interruptions by staff for upsales (spa, trips, hair braids, parrots, etc)

on going issue with tub , shower flooding the room
room dated , drinks not strong, beach beautful , pools ok , not enough nightly entertainment better selection of beers , too choices only no imports

It was an excellent stay but due to only 4 a la carte restaurants being open and always fully booked, we were only able to eat at one instead of the three noted in our package.

Nice polls, very clean great workers good food nice activities. Food is mid not too crowded amazing beaches and Mirian is the best.

Beware of Travel Club
Arrived to the resort and was very quickly approached by the Travel Club staff asking if I would be interested in a tour of the resort. Once agreed the next day I was nice taken to the Travel Club where they very politely encouraged buying into “The Palladium Family” with a tour of the VIP area. Once told them I was not interested and when I was not persuaded otherwise they were very short with me, they did not like to hear no. 3 hours of my vacation lost. A la cart meals challenging to get into, book ASAP. Otherwise services and staff were great. Enjoyed our stay otherwise.
