Amazing experience at the Grand Palladium Palace!! Stayed here for 9 days and only positive things to say... the facilities are impeccable, entertainment and activities so great (never a boring second!) and all the staff are incredibly friendly and professional! The food and hospitality is amazing... so much variety and different styles available, and fast and friendly service always! I recommend the Grand Palladium to anyone, and the Dominican Republic is an amazing place!

The property is good, well kept. Good pools, generally clean and rooms are decent. but there are teal shirt individuals trying o sell membership and promising things they can't deliver on. Specialty restaurants are extremely hard to get. So overall we felt cheated,

Wonderful family vacation!
Travelled to Grand Palladium in Punta Cana. Wonderful family vacation and Maritza, our butler, was our life line. Took care of us and made our experience the best! Food was delicious especially, Sumptuori…so good! Beautiful beach! Great family vacation we will be back!

Would love to go back
Had the best time with my friend. There were a few negatives like the shower running very slow (plus leaking everywhere but they put towels around the bathtub and that was fine) Also the glass door can be transperent and if you are not a couple it could be an issue. Another negative was that we expected to have access to a lot more restaurants (we spent there 11 nights) and there were only 4 of which we visited 3. Food can get repetitive (still good variety), loved the fresh juices in the morning and the fruits. The beach was lovely the first 3 days, then the amount of seaweed was too much and we spent most time by the pool. Loved the energy of the people working in the entertainment, the bartenders and waiters were lovely. Julio from the POP entertainment was my favourite, the other guys were funny :) And everyone knows how to dance 😄 Good cocktails and evening entertainment. Wish they had foam party or beach parties though

Worst Vacation Ever at Grand Palladium Palace Resort & Spa
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff was not interested in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The customer service was abysmal—85% staff members were consistently rude, unhelpful, and downright unpleasant. The food was another major disappointment. It was consistently bland, poorly prepared, and lacked any authentic flavor or variety. My husband got food poisoning. One particular staff member, David, stood out as especially unpleasant. His attitude was dismissive and rude, making us feel like we were a burden rather than valued guests. It’s unacceptable for a guest to feel unwelcome in any hospitality setting, and unfortunately, that was our experience with him. Overall, the resort fell short of even the most basic expectations for customer service and comfort. It was a frustrating, disheartening experience that left us wishing we had chosen a different destination.
