    An incredible stay in paradise. - great for allergies

    An amazing stay! But we mainly wanted to leave this review to shine a light on the incredible service received in La Hacienda - by host Louisa. As a coeliac and someone who needs to eat gluten free - she ensured we had assistance on demand and was able to recommend how the chef could make gluten free dishes away from the buffet and to avoid cross contamination It was always a joy to see Louisa - as we knew if she was greeting us we’d be well looked after! Would recommend for others with specific allergen needs. Our waiter at the Thai ala Carte was also incredible and reassuring. Unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he even showed me a note he had left for the chef to put my mind at ease. He said my safety and security in the restaurant was his top priority. I hope this review reaches him in one way or another.

    Another cold meal at this hotel buffet .

    Three days here and not a hot piece of good at the Buffett unless it’s cooked in front of you . Waited half an hour this morning for a cup of Luke warm tea which ironically was Luke warm . Best lunch was at white sand that was a purposeful cold lunch.

    Sumptuori - Japanese restaurant

    This review is for Sumptuori restaurant - the food was great and Jesus and Andreas’ service was impeccable! Cannot speak to the rest of the resort as I stayed at TRS next door (which is great!), but everything looks all new and renovated in the lobby

    Kantenah Resort

    Grand palladium Kantenah Resort and Spa. Overall a nice and relaxed stay. Service around the pool from Jonathan was excellent. Restaurants at night time did not disappoint and it was super easy to get transport from one end of the resort to another. Lacks bar snacks in the rooms (we got this last year).

    A OK resort.

    Stay was ok. Beach was good and spacious with a lot of shaded areas. Very rocky entrance into the ocean. Too much seaweed.
