We love the resort we loved the room we loved the staff. Especially Israel on the beach, Leo, The young man who serves us at the pool all week. Ana at the front desk, The beach would have been better without seaweed but we understand that’s just nature. Food is good at TRS, I found it disappointing that theee were no crepes in the morning at buffets. Would like to have that option in family selection restaurants

The grounds are beautiful, 99% of the staff was amazing and everywhere is spotless and finished to a high quality. The food is very repetitive ( but that's to be expected in all-inclusive). The drinks are poor though, fill your glass full with ice so your drink is watered down. You do get pestered to buy things, photos, trips, massages, upgrades etc etc. you are stuck to the resort as it is quite a distance from anywhere else really. But we knew this but we did feel trapped apart from the days out we booked. The big negative for me was being charged £80 for a bed sheet which had a stain on it from something that can't be helped from a woman each month that happened during the night. Charged us £80 for dry cleaning which one of the ladies in reception decided to tell us quite loudly and this was embarrassing as you can understand, also charged us twice for resort tax, once when we got there and when we left( which I refused to pay but he wouldn't let me get on the coach to go home even after I showed him my receipt from when we paid on arrival )and for 2 bottles of wine at a restaurant without a recipiept being shown to us or proof of us signing anything. I do feel the American visitors was treated better than the English, maybe I was being paranoid but a few other holiday makers said this. The best thing for me was the wildlife round the complex and pool area. Also take plenty small denomination notes as unless you show a tip in your hand at the bar you can be left until it's empty to be served

We paid handsome money to for a an-inclusive experience only to find out if we had purchased the same room from a different platform we'd be given full access to the resort but when we paid even more through westjet vacation, we were told we did not have access to majority of the resort. The bars had very few and basic liquors. the beach is rocky and full of sea weed. I would not recommend this resort to anybody
