Overall reasonable stay. Good pool facilities, good service. Food quality was subpar. Most restaurants we went to. We only enjoyed maybe a third of the entrées. About half the time the food was served cold. My entire family got gastroenteritis.

2nd day with no hot water. Nobody cares. Been calling , going to the front desk(which is not nearby) app doesn't work where u order room service, file a maintenance report. Manager is off today because it's Sunday. . But main point of this is I still can't take a shower and I talked to everybody I can talk to. Maybe after this review, I can magically get some hot water. This is terrible. If I have a question, Employees keep sending me over to another place, another employee. Wasting more hours sitting in my room waiting for maintenance. I'm not walking to the front desk again because 1. It is far. 2. They were no help. The front desk said if I have a complaint to wait in line for the guest relations desk. How about getting me a room with hot water instead?

This is a review purely on our waiter Carlos Perera. He served us in the Poseidon and the main restaurant. Such a lovely man and he worked so hard I told him to please go take a break! Fantastic service. When I felt sick from alcohol in the morning he made me a special alcohol free drink. Thank you for serving us Carlos.

Great meal @ Sumptuori and great waiter Christian.
Ate at Sumptuori. Christian was our waiter and was great. The food is very authentic and delicious. Great menu. You can do Sushi, Teriyaki, or a set menu. We started with the edamame which was finger lickin Good!! The tuna was especially good and filling. Try the Japanese cheesecake!!’n
