Lovely comfortable, quiet hotel with excellent service. Special mention of Marwa on reception who was very helpful and kind. Marwa explained travel to city centre, recommended a travel app, suggested child friendly activities and searched discounts and uber prices for me. Also Hassan on the bar who provided excellent service during our stay.

Would Stay Again
We had a really lovely stay at Grand Magic hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great throughout our stay—always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pool was warm and comfortable, although we only used it once on arrival as we didn’t usually get back from the parks until after 10pm. The bar area was a nice place to relax in the evenings, and the light show added a nice bit of extra magic. Food at the hotel in the hotel finishes at 10pm, but this wasn’t an issue as you can order Uber Eats and have it delivered to reception with no problems at all. Getting to the parks was easy thanks to the free shuttle, which runs regularly and only takes about 10 minutes. It does get busy at peak times (park opening and closing), but overall it was very convenient. Overall, a great choice for a Disneyland Paris trip—comfortable, well run and really convenient. We’d happily stay again.

Great hotel! Clean, spacious, staff are lovely, room service and breakfast were fab! Shuttle bus runs super regular but as others have said it is very busy and people are ruthless to secure their space on it! Only criticism during our stay would be a school trip of teenagers who were outrageously noisy until 2am, running up and down the corridors, slamming doors, shouting, standing at their doors in their underwear ect! Asked them several times to keep the noise down, called reception but it made no difference! As much as we appreciate young people having fun it wasnt ideal running full days at Disney on 4 hours sleep

Grand Magic Hotel is fantastic
Grand Magic Hotel was amazing, rooms were very comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, checking in was so smooth, the breakfast was very good and the buffet in the evening was very good too, we often came back and had a chill and payed for the buffet, the bar was excellent the cocktails were some of the best I have ever had. The hotel put on a shuttle to get you to and from the parks, which is really good, the only gripe I had with it was (and it’s not the hotel fault) the people using it, we stayed to watch the drone and fireworks one evening which was so good, left few minutes before the end, get to the bus stop and the bus arrives everyone just pushes on, no respect for children, my grandson got pushed, so I just shouted at everyone to stop pushing there are children, some people are so selfish, there is another bus fifteen minutes later. What it could with is a proper queueing system, and adults to stop being selfish and wait for the next bus. We had a fantastic 4 days there, and definitely come back to the Grand Magic Hotel again and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Great stay!
Great hotel, my 5 year old son loved every second of it with the lights in the lobby and throughout the hotel. Rooms were great, staff were so nice and the pool was great for a morning swim before heading to Disney! Breakfast was good, busy but we went before the busier times and it worked well.
