Dec 13, 2025Nice hotel - great for Disney
We had a lovely time. The staff were fantastic, the room was lovely. Really convenient with the shuttle buses as well. The only issue we had was with the evening buffet. We went for this as a quick option one evening, but it was quite expensive and the food tasted lovely but wasn't even nearly hot. It wasn't even warm. So it put us off, we didn't get our money's worth and we didn't eat there again. We would stay again, we just wouldn't use the restaurant.

Shocking arrived got charged £65 tax as we didnt book diect with them also had to pay £150 deposit you get back 3 days after you leave there was me my partner my daughter and granddaughter the bed wasnt made so as we lifted my granddaughter bed to make the bed there was mould all over the mattress staff just said what you want us to do refused to move us room my partner had to sleep on the floor for 2 nights its shocking the breakfast was terrible the only thing to eat was the toast anything else i wouldnt of feed a dog all the hotel staff are very rude this hotel needs shutting downe

Arrived at the hotel for a 4 night stay was nothing like the pictures on the internet..the reception area was shabby dull dismal red..the Bar area was ok but only at night when lit up..The bedrooms are shabby and smell damp the windows dripping with condensation so no good if you suffer with asthma or breathing issues..2 small cushions on the beds not even a full size pillow. Toilet was stained from obviously no proper cleaning..cleaning staff were very rude if they knocked and you was still in your room getting ready to go out they would grunt and moan..My husband walked out of the lift 1 day and as he turned the corner a cleaner spat on the carpet then rubbed it in with her foot..talking of lifts the whole of my stay there was only 1 lift working to accommodate a full hotel..had to spend most of the time walking up & down the stair well that was absolutely filthy don’t think it was ever cleaned..my husband said the urinals in the men’s toilets looked like they had never been cleaned he took a picture to show me the tops were full of stains dirt and dust. The 1st night we thought we would try the buffet restaurant all I can say is don’t bother 39 euros an adult 17 euros a child absolute waste of money food was absolutely disgusting 🤮 bland cheap food I tried the vegetable soup it was like baby food and tasted of rotten vegetables absolutely disgusting how they can serve up this food is beyond me..breakfast was no better it was like a cattle market and very hard to get seated kids running around sticking their hands on everything..adults walking around in their PJs in the breakfast hall again food was cheap tasteless and just nasty 🤮 all I found edible was toast..the juice machine was just nasty as well orange juice was a dirty dish water colour and tasted nothing like orange juice the que for the slowest coffee machine every morning was a shambles. Staff across the hotel were not friendly at all and never seemed to want to answer questions or help..The price of the drinks in the hotel bar 1 beer.. Gin & lemonade and a lemonade 32 euros. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel is like a death trap while you hang on for dear life with the mad driving and being squashed to an inch of your life it was like a free for all when boarding no queuing system in place grown adults pushing kids out the way to get on take the seats and leave young kids standing on 1 of the days a disabled child in a wheelchair with the mother were pushing and squeezing on until they was nearly on top of the child who started to cry rude arrogant adults that should be ashamed of their reckless behaviour. On arrival at the hotel we paid 67 euros in tourist tax..and then had to pay a £150 deposit that was not stated when we booked i left the hotel 2 days ago and still my deposit has not been returned I spoke with my bank they said it’s the hotel not releasing the holding deposit from their end which I find totally unacceptable as I had to pay up front so you should be returning peoples deposits on the day of checking out 😡

Dec 01, 2025Best Disney trip we’ve had
Just returned from a 3 night stay.WOW. Read bad reviews and was worried-IGNORE.. From arriving to leaving we had such a magical time. Check in really easy and was shown the way to our room.stayed in a family room with a double and bunks.The room was clean tidy and spacious. Each day we got the shuttle to and from the parks.only issue we had was getting back on 1st day as we couldn’t find the shuttle,a bolt cost 9euro.Advice take a photo of the shuttle plan at reception. The hotel itself is just stunning.very clean,smells lovely and staff are so nice.the lights and decorations are just beautiful. We ate at the buffet and none of us could say anything bad,mass of variety and well worth the 40e each.we had breakfast included and again fantastic,something for everyone. The pool is perfect,heated and clean areas.my children loved the kids room and arcades-arcades a little pricey per game. If there’s one negative I’d say it gets busy in the bar area at night with lots of children running round,I get it’s Disney and kids are hyped up but at 11pm running wild and screaming it’s not a place to unwind from a busy day with a quiet drink.we ended up taking drinks to our room. We didn’t leave hotel til 7:30pm food stopped 4-7 but they allowed us to order in,you just have to sit in reception to eat. Nice little gift shop on site too. Overall the best Disney hotel we stayed in and will definitely recommend.we already booked to return in 5 months it was that nice.

Great stay
I have just left this hotel after staying 2 nights with my 13 year old son, 20 year old daughter and my mum. We all stayed in 1 family room. I had read loads of reviews and was very worried about all the negative comments. I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is immaculate, and smells amazing when you come in. The room was spotless and they had thought of everything, plenty of space even with what was in fact 4 adults. USB charging points at every bed and loads of cubbies and space for clothes. Bathroom was a wee bit dated and a tiny bit of black mound round the shower, but shower was good and towels were lovely and fluffy! Room was also cleaned after we got back from the park with brand new towels and perfectly made beds! Breakfast was lovely, the yogurt and fruit station was better than some 4* all inclusive hotels I have stayed in, they also had an amazing selection of fresh pastries and breads including sourdough. Bus to the park is very busy at peak times but we just got an uber which was €10 each way. If you are trying to do Disney on a budget I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. My kids and mum all agreed. P.S coffee was lovely at breakfast but there is also a Starbucks station at the bar. Ignore the bad reviews! Couple of photos, forgot to take one of the room before all our stuff was everywhere but there is one of our view out the window.
