We decided to stay at the Hyatt Grand Vail for our spring ski vacation. The friendliness and professionalism of Polina and Victoria at the front desk made this stay quite memorable. I'd like to give an extra shout out to valet staff members Brodie, Evan, Shawn, and Ben. They were very accommodating and efficient at managing our vehicle. The hotel was very convenient to get on the slopes and the evening live music and activities made this hotel an inviting place to stay. I would highly recommend!

Love GHV and the Spa. Improvements across the whole organization bring welcome with low snow pack.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The spa at the Grand Hyatt is nothing short of exceptional, and the reason is simple — its people. Miki, the Spa Manager, sets a tone of genuine care and quiet professionalism that you feel the moment you walk in. There's an attentiveness to detail that doesn't feel rehearsed; it feels like someone who truly loves what they do. Ridvan, the Assistant Manager, carries that same energy — warm, anticipatory, and effortlessly gracious. Together, they've built something that goes beyond a menu of services. It's an experience that makes you feel like the only guest in the building. If you're looking for a spa that remembers why hospitality matters, look no further. Miki and Ridvan are the gold standard. Also, get the Maguro Nigiri at Makoto, the best sushi restaurant in Vail. Make reservations as soon as you book your room. And don't forget to come to the John Summit experts only concert, pretty epic.

Much nicer five stars in and around Vail. Unless it is much cheaper, I would stay at the Arabelle/4 seasons, etc. every time. They wanted to charge for ski storage. The food was just average and they are understaffed.

We love the Grand Hyatt Vail. The ski-in & ski-out was so convenient & everyone was friendly & eager to be of assistance. We also enjoyed our meals & service at Makoto & Gessner immensely.

Good stay at Vail!
I went here and stayed at the residences. I loved this hotel and its amenities and pool. The place to store skis, as we stayed in the residneces was definitely a nice touch! The lift was very convenient yet slow, but the speed was a nice chill start to the morning!
