Great hotel in downtown San Antonio
Beautiful hotel. Location is great because it’s not right in the middle of traffic. Access is easy. Food is great. Service is amazing. Highly recommend.

Well satisfied
Great place to stay, close to restaurants and riverwalk. People are very friendly and accessible, but beware the parking rates are a killer, $74 for valet and $64 regular a night…..

Grand Hyatt the Place to Stay
The Grand Hyatt was an exceptional place to stay. It is close to the riverwalk and right next door to the convention center. The rooms are excellent and the staff are very friendly.

Grand Hyatt...
Great hotel and great location. This hotel was top-notch. It had everything we have come to expect from Hyatt. The location is very close to the river walk and the shops at River Center. Great overall.
