Nothing special. Doesn't accept cash anywhere within the hotel. No hot tub. Swimming pool was lame. Expensive room for what it was.

Perfect location in the heart of San Antonio. Right by the Riverwalk with lots of restaurants and shops. The Hotel is very clean, friendly staff, with a nice restaurant and bar for dinner and drinks.

Nov 17, 2025Small things matter.
Shower heads are outdated and needs improvement. Coverage is narrow and not enough pressure. No option to change water output type either. Expect better at a Grand Hyatt who charge luxury rates. Not usually picky about such things but never seen such a. Cheap shower head at such premium hotels. Spoils the entire experience due to such a small thing because it is something you use everyday. Maybe twice everyday.
