Dec 02, 2025Avoid the Champions Suite on the first Floor
We are Hyatt Globalists and were literally given the worst suite I have ever seen. We didn’t get upgraded into this suite but rather used our earned Suite Upgrade reward. It was so disappointing. The showers were so small and one of them didn’t have consistent hot water. We didn’t get access to our room until 4:30 pm which made us late to our Thanksgiving dinner reservations. This room isn’t really a suite but two rooms repurposed. The garbage can is literally the decor on one of the walls. This suite is on the first floor adjacent to the main water slide. Loud music was constant and started at 7:50 am. We couldn’t even open the drapes since people were walking by so close to the room. Also, the hallway was under construction and the ice maker for the floor is literally a few feet from the bed. It’s a super strange layout of a room and the hallway ice maker is recessed into our room. We were so looking forward to a relaxing stay and it was the opposite. We were desperate to move but they told us nothing else was available. We asked again the next day and the only room they had was the penthouse suite which didn’t have two full bathrooms. We took it since we couldn’t handle another night in the loud “cave” So lessons learned 1) don’t accept room 1245 2) don’t book a Champions suite because you might get put in this room 3) you are better off with a Penthouse suite since you won’t be on the first floor

Great hotel: nice room(villa) with personal jacuzzi, kids enjoyed the water park, good nearby restaurants, great staff and service.

Loved our stay
We just had a great 4 night stay. Our family loved the resort. We spent most of our time in the pools. They are heated and we loved every second. The upgraded room was beautiful and we loved the balcony.

Wonderful stay during Thanksgiving
We visited during Thanksgiving and despite the high volume of guests, the staff kept the ground extremely well run. Extra kudos to the breakfast team, especially Martha for showing super positive energy and taking care of the hotel guests with care. Can't wait to come back soon.

Great hotel, warm pools
Great hotel! Warm pools. Our family had a blast over the kids Thanksgiving break. Had activities for the kids and food was very good.
