Don't order bean burger
Omg had the bean burger it wasn't even cooked and was like slop - terrible terrible food at restaurant - traveling with family and it was so disgusting

While we appreciated certain aspects of our visit, we were disappointed by several issues that impacted our experience. What We Appreciated Spacious Room & Comfortable Beds: The accommodations were generous in size and the beds provided a restful sleep. Outstanding Water Slides: The water park was a highlight—truly the best we’ve experienced at any California hotel. Flexible Checkout: We were grateful for the late checkout at 4pm due to our delayed flight. Areas Needing Improvement Disorganized and Stressful Check-In Process We arrived at 2:45pm on December 21st to a long line at check-in. Our room was not ready, and staff could not provide a clear estimate for availability—even as the official check-in time approached. Cleanliness The poolside bathrooms were not cleaned for the entire 6–8 hours we spent at the pool on December 22nd, which was unacceptable. Restaurant Service Delays Our adult meals took an hour to arrive, and kids’ meals took 45 minutes. The server and manager provided a free drink and when asked comped the adult meals, but the experience was frustrating. Unsafe Lighting Around Pool and Hotel Paths After sunset, the pool area and hotel paths were dangerously dark. We had to use phone flashlights to navigate, and the dim lighting posed a serious trip hazard. Slippery Pool Area The pool deck was extremely slippery. We witnessed a guest slip and fall hard on her tailbone, and she remained in pain hours later. Additional safety mats are urgently needed.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and its many amenities, including biking, swimming, pickle ball, tennis, and soaking in the hot tub. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff were so welcoming. We had a fantastic view of the mountains and pool area from our room window. The lovely indoor and outdoor Christmas decor was a bonus! The hotel's proximity to Joshua Tree National Park was perfect for us, as this was the primary reason we visited the area.
