Overall great experience with amazing and friendly staff. Unfortunately, it’s easy to spot the one bad service when everyone is great! The lady at the ice cream shop was mean and specifically only to my family. She treated everyone else nice that even my kid noticed the difference with guests before and after us in line. Standout service from the pool service staff especially Rodrigo Ramirez who always came by with a smile and checked on us often our entire stay. Rooms need a lot more light. Our room only had one bedside lamp and reading lights.

Dinner at the beach
Luis and Fernando, we had a great experience being served for dinner at the beach. They were very accommodating and prepared a wonderful romantic dinner for our anniversary.

Family vacation
Amazing service and food options .we loved the server Carlos at the beach- he took the best care of our group. We appreciate his kindness and sense of humour.

The best vacation..
The location is excellent, 8 minutes from the marina, and beautiful view of the beaches and you can see the whales from the beach! Atmosphere is wonderful! We enjoyed the lobby bar, Taide is a lot of fun and is very attentive, as is Victor and Rojo, all great bartenders!! The food is very good. The Grill turned into a taco restaurant at night and we were provided wonderful service by Ericson. The ladies at El Mexicano are very helpful and so nice. All the restaurants are wonderful and everyone was very warm and friendly! The rooms were very nice, ocean view and clean. Thanks to Elida! Great balcony to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. All in all we loved this hotel and will definitely return! Sad to end our stay!
