Mar 08, 2026Beautiful resort but room request issues
Five of us have returned from a week in Los Cabos in February. Four of us are vacation club members and we brought a guest. What a beautiful property! The resort, built into the hillside, has wonderful views of the Sea of Cortez. The pools, both those for vacation club members and the regular pools, are great. Thanks to Dayan and her colleagues for the fun aqua zoom classes. We never had to wait for a golf cart. Xavier is a driver extraordinaire! Sara at Rosatos gave us great service, and the sea bass there was cooked to perfection. Penninsula, close to the pools, had wonderful choices for breakfast and lunch. We had a cabana on the beach for a day with full service. Interestingly, it had been double booked. Checking in was very tough as the hotel was full and they had assigned us a room with lots of stairs and no elevator, even though I had requested only a few stairs when I booked. One of our party simply could not climb stairs. For the first night, we were separated and in rooms that didn’t suit our party of five. Thank you to Ana who got us moved late in the afternoon of our second day. And thank you to Paul, who sang to us when we were feeling very low. I recommend readers correspond directly with the resort well in advance of their trip if they have special needs. We made our request with our booking agent who assured us that our request for few stairs had been passed along. We thoroughly enjoyed our perfect three bedroom accommodations for the last five days. Wonderful view, hot tub on deck, just a few stairs, and, most importantly, we were all together. Happiness!

What amazing night with delicious food and top notch service. Juan Carlos and Jessica made this night a memorable experience for me and my wife. The ambiance of the restaurant is very classic and romantic. To end a great night, Juan Carlos made us a “Mexican Coffee” that was out of this world. His presentation made it even for magical. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Outstanding 5 star experience!!
Absolutely amazing in every way. We have dined in 5 star restaurants for years and Rosato meets those in every way from service to culinary experience to the view. Juan was our server and he was exceptional in his attention, making us feel that we were guests in his home. Adalberto was waiting in the wings at all the right times, clearing our table and filling water and wine without us even asking or even noticing! Estefania, the manager, ensured our allergies were not an issue, speaking to Karina (chef) who then visited our table to let us know she would prepare gnocchi without cheese specially for our non-dairy family member. We felt completely taken care of and cared for, and I cannot wait to come back. One other amazing experience that I am so grateful for: I lost my wedding ring on the beach and was absolutely devastated. Alejandro and Yahir immediately joined our family sifting through the sand with their hands for over an hour until Alejandro found it! They were amazing, just jumping in when they saw us all on our hands and knees and knew something was amiss. They were fantastic. Our experience here was one of the best we’ve had, and we’ve stayed at The Four Seasons around the world. Thank you so much for an unforgettable week.

Exceptional Service and Hospitality!
The service and food at this resort is spectacular! Antonio and Ociel (our concierges) have been wonderful to us the whole trip, making sure we always have what we need! Nicole, the lobby ambassador, is a breath of fresh air, always warm and welcoming with a huge smile! At Rosato restaurant Juan (server), Adalberto, Stefania (manager) and Karina (the chef) all went above and beyond to make our experience special. Can't say enough about how much we love this place.

Best night ever
At the Rosato tonight, the chef Karina made a diet friendly pesto gnocchi without being asked, and Juan and Adalberto kept the dirty martinis flowing. Juan went on a special journey for vanilla ice cream and strawberry sorbet for the birthday boy. It was an amazing evening made possible by this amazing staff.
