The best weekend getaway. A huge thank you to Odel and the amazing front desk team. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. My daughter celebrated her 18th birthday, and they made our stay memorable and extra special. We will definitely be back.

Carlos is the man!
First time in Miami and so happy with our choice to stay here. Beautiful beach, pool and views. Carlos at the bar is the BEST. Amazing drinks and vibes. Nice seating options and snacks. Will definitely come back here and recommend. Large pours and cold glasses!

Carlos is the best!
Carlos is absolutely the best bartender in surfside. The espresso martinis are the best I’ve ever had! 100% recommend his bar in the Grand Beach. He is absolutely worth the trip to Surfside to visit his bar and enjoy. Can’t wait to be come back!

We checked out on the morning of 01/07/2025 and forgot a new iPhone in the safe of the apartment where we were staying (857). We are unable to get a response from the hotel. My nephew went to the hotel twice in person and we made several calls. The only response we received was that the employee forgot to check. The hotel's stance is regrettable.
