Mar 02, 2026Winter break at the Grand Beach Surfside- lovely stay at a Perfect Resort !
We had a fantastic trip at Grand Beach Surfside, and are already planning our next trip there this summer ! Both Jadyn Garcia and Bella Brown from the front office were SO helpful and made sure everything was right. Our room was beautiful and very clean and the porch and beach view was truly amazing! Their customer service was second to none and giving them 5 stars ⭐️ is not as many as they deserve! Simply a pleasure to deal with and their positive attitude definetly spreads to the rest of their staff. We also dealt with Miguelangel as well as Clemence at the front desk, and their daily greeting with a smile as well as eagerness to please, was just a pleasure. The room service was quick and housemaids came each morning and did a beautiful job making our rooms feel fresh & new each day. When heading to South Florida, this is our #1 resort to go to and we look forward to our next vacation there soon !

Lovely Time Spent
First impression arriving in the lobby is that this is a gorgeous quaint hotel. The lobby bar is beautiful with the low top bar, and there is a nice snack bar with different sweet treats and snacks. The gym on the second floor has a wide variety of good quality equipment, and the cardio machines over look the pool/ocean to give it a nice view while working out. There is nice patio furniture surrounding the pool if the pool area is full, so you still have the opportunity to relax onsite or take a short walk to the beach for more lounge chairs. The room itself (king suite) was gorgeous as well. My only complaint is that the staff didn’t clean the patio, and I found a cigarette bud on the floor and the table was pretty dirty. I would think they’d still wipe down the outside furniture as well. Other than that, this has been a great experience.

Great stay so far at the grand beach surfside!
Great check in experience. Room was ready earlier than anticipated. Pool and beach area are AMAZING. Great lounging options, and plentiful. Room itself is a great size with two bathrooms. Tried the restaurant for dinner, and it was fine. Overall a fantastic start, and would definitely stay here again

I've been a customer of this hotel for many years, and it just keeps getting worse. I stayed for a week in February, and for the first two days, no one cleaned my room. You call housekeeping, and they say they'll come, but they never do. The hallways are full of towels, food, and bags left by guests because no one removes them. They don't put the second sheet under the bedspread on the bedspread because management told the staff they weren't there. When you arrive at night, there's no one at the valet parking, or maybe just one person, and guests leave their cars on the ramp without anyone attending to them. The trash cans near the elevators are overflowing every night. To deliver a package, they search for it and take hours, or they tell you to come back the next day. And when you check out, if you haggle a bit, they give you a two-day resort fee credit, about $120 USD, when you pay $800 USD per night. The hotel offers a truly deplorable experience. Many guests complain, and there's a manager with a notebook taking notes.

The best hotel!! I highly recommend it
Very good experience at the Grand Beach Surfside. Thank you to Clémence for her warm welcome and professionalism; she listened to us from the beginning to the end of our stay, always smiling and at our service whenever we needed. We stayed 7 nights. The hotel is magnificent, and so are the rooms. The lobby is great, with access to the beach, restaurant, and especially the rooftop, which is stunning. I would add that the location is ideal for walking to restaurants, just 2 minutes on foot from Harding Avenue, where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Thank you—I will come back without hesitation.
