Excellent resort , great place for couples .
Spent a week at the resort , and enjoyed it very much , the villa rooms were spacious and kept very clean, the food at the buffets and à la carte restaurants was very good and great variety . The staff was friendly . The beach and resort grounds are very well kept . It is a large resort and is a great place to walk around and enjoy the scenery , there are lots of peacocks and other birds on the grounds . A great place to relax would definitely stay here again.

Thank you, next!
Honestly, i was let down. Iv seen a lot of videos with mixed reviews of this resort, and i was hoping that my experience would be better, but it wasn’t. I have travelled to Punta Cana SEVERAL times and have stayed at numerous resort but i did not enjoy my stay here. 1. The customer service is awful, to the waitresses, bartenders etc. Now, i did encounter really good customer service from the front desk employees, but overall they made me feel as though i was “bothering” them to assist me. 2. I stayed here for four days, my room was only cleaned and towels restocked once. I had to call daily for clean towels. From someone that solo travels, i would not recommend.

Great Hotel, Would Recommend!
Excellent resort. Staff is very friendly and personable. So many of the staff stand out to us that it's hard to name everyone. Omailin in Animation is super nice and friendly. Ismael at the bar was super personable and made our drinks perfectly. Juan Gavilino, Nicole at PBG and Diana at Il Tartufo were so helpful and kind. This was a very relaxing trip!

Excellente
Love the resort and staff have been wonderful, especially Ismael and Angelico at the pool bar. Animation staff like Omailin were wonderful and so much fun to spend time with. Food was good and grounds are beautiful. Would come back.

Rough start but finished strong
This vacation started out with issues but by the end we truly enjoyed ourselves. Cons- The layout of this resort is very confusing and the signs are not accurate. It took us several days to find how to quickly get from place to place. The amount of mopeds and carts transporting people was excessive. You couldn't walk more then 5 min without having to step off the walking path to make room for traffic. Very annoying. Buffets- Sub par. We needed to eat at the main buffet for our first two dinners. Very nice place but food wasn't great. Housekeeping. One day the room was great and neat. Several days it appeared the staff left mid way cleaning and never returned. On several occasions they brought towels to our room around 830 at night for us. Coffee shop operating times. - Please start opening earlier. Who wants to wait till 8 am for coffee? You can get to go coffee occasionally to go but the nice coffee shop doesn't open till 8. Steak House - Sub par meal but good service. Pros Beach was absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and large. Beach bar staff, especially Kaylan, was perfect. Drinks strong and good. Reservations we finally got figured out and booked and we loved those. The ala cart restaurants were very good. Loved the animals peacocks, ducks, and turtles. We walked and played with them every night. We did not stay platinum but really wish we would have. If we return we will definitely pay to upgrade. I think the location is much more convenient on that side of the resort. Balcony was amazing. Loved it and used it every day. Again. We would return to this resort but would pay to upgrade to Platinum if we do return.
