Family time at Bávaro Princess
Our time at our resort was very relaxing and much needed. Our favorite spot to eat was the breakfast buffet at Hispaniola. Adalgisa, Alexandras, Willy, and Dairy were so helpful and fun with our baby. The food was amazing from Chef Gabriel. Highly recommend!

Yamilht was outstanding. She has awesome customer service. She was always so welcoming which ever restaurant we were at on the resort. After being here 22 years ago we were not disappointed. This is a great resort and great food and great people.

The hotel is wonderful the buffet has a big choice and excellent quality and room service is perfect i would give them 10 /10 Ingrit, kennedy f, robert, angela and iuan rodrigue are the best steff ever they made my holiday .... big thanks ❤️...

Our experience in Grand Bavaro Princess September 29 to October 3th
We decided to go to this hotel for my birthday and my grandson's, it was our second time, we loved it the first time so we decided to go back, but this time it was disappointing to see the lack of cleanliness in general, the common areas are depressing, the first room they gave us was terrible, my daughter's smelled of humidity and mine was full of debris and dirty, we went to reception and asked to speak to the head of reception who treated us well, he offered to show us two other rooms that if we liked we could move to, we moved and that second room did have better conditions. We found the food to be quite good even with the low occupancy. We are hoteliers for over 20 years and we know how the work works in them. As for the service I have to tell you that they have lost quality, the nights in the lobby bar outside where the shows are held the first two nights there was no clerk to take orders, and that is unacceptable. I want to acknowledge the work of a pregnant employee at the main buffet at night. She is super good and fast. You can see she likes what she does. Sorry, I don't remember her name. Overall, and despite the inconveniences, we had a good time, but I don't think we'll be back.
