May 26, 2023Super-convenient location , great staff/facilities with a great night sleep
Perfect for someone that wants to be in a convenient location to any part of the city for business and sight seeing. Excellent staff, musical entertainment and facilities for hosting a breakfast, lunch or dinner meeting and you can walk to the Zona Rosa, sights on La Reforma and the hundreds of great restaurants in area. Best thing is no noise/great pillows so you can sleep like a baby.

Excellent Hotel if You Can Get an Interior Room
Overall happy with our stay but make sure you get a room that faces the interior not the street. The music from the clubs kept us up at night even with ear plugs. It goes on until like 4 or 5 am. Relentless thumping body vibrating bass. We had to request a room change. Luckily they were able to accommodate or I would have rated this hotel much lower. The bed was a bit hard and the water pressure is weak. The shower isn’t fully closed so water does tend to get everywhere. Not a big deal and I would have given them 5 stars if we didn’t have to go through the hassle of changing rooms. The location was great. It was our first time in Mexico City and it provided a nice central location to explore. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fine but I wouldn’t pay extra for it. Plenty of better dining options nearby.

Everything was quite nice. Room comfortable. Their restaurant was wonderful. It is centrally placed so I could get around well. I was only 2 blocks from the metro if you need it. There were also a number of other restaurants nearby.

Pilgrimage
Group from Florida church pilgrimage to our lady of Guadalupe, went around to see all ancient beautiful churches different kind of people and their culture language. People are very simple and loving specially at the hotel their hospitality was exceptional god bless all🙏🙏🙏

Sublime
Everything about Galería Plaza Reforma was outstanding. I don't think I've ever had such a perfect experience in a single hotel. From the friendly, attentive staff to the beautiful pristine hotel itself. Both restaurants serve stunning food and we especially enjoyed dining with when Valentin was there. The rooms are spacious and fastidiously clean. The beds comfortable, the shower pressure great ... I could go on and on. It's located in a pretty, leafy part of town with lots of great eateries nearby and a convenience store right across the road. We stayed four nights and I genuinely didn't want to leave. Six stars out of five, no exaggeration. I'm normally really slack and forget to post reviews, however this time I decided to make a special effort as Galería Plaza Reforma genuinely deserves it.
