Unexpected $500 Charge After a Short Stay
I stayed at Four Queens Casino Hotel in November 2025 for a few hours after feeling unwell while walking Fremont Street and decided to rest there instead of driving home. The room was very dated and noisy, but that wasn’t the main issue. The following day, I discovered an unexpected charge of nearly $500 on my credit card. When I called to ask about it, I spoke with a man named Justin, who said he was a manager. He told me the fee was for a “damaged TV,” which absolutely did not happen during my stay. He also implied that I “might have been drinking,” which was completely untrue and unprofessional. I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and they mentioned having seen similar complaints about this hotel before. Between the outdated rooms, constant noise, and poor handling of guest issues, I would not stay here again. Since Binion’s is under the same ownership, I would recommend being cautious there as well. There are far better options nearby that treat guests fairly and professionally.

Very noisy despite reno
I love the Four Queens for its old school Vegas charm, great slot selection and the Silver Strike machines, however, I DO NOT recommend staying there. Despite the renovations in the North tower, it is incredibly noisy facing Fremont St. The renovations promised noise dampening but I cannot possibly image it being any louder. My first night, there was a man banging a plastic can drum until 3am. The other nights the noise only started dying down around 2 am. It is at a level that is NOT possible to sleep, even with ear plugs in. The walls are also very thin so I had to listen to the shouting match between the couple in the room next door. The room was not cheap ($200/night) and for that I would expect more from the room which was pretty basic (this is the renovated room, mind you). Disappointed. Will be back to 4Q to gamble but never again to stay.
