    The excellent unforgettable stay

    I went to this hotel on one of the most hot season time. They were so nice and generous that upgraded my room to a suit, without any extra charge. So kind and polite that I will choose them whenever I go back to Dubai. The hotel is very nice, and close to everything such as good malls and shops (I have attached photos from my balcony in the hotel). But what makes this hotel brilliant is the people work there, reception, service and restaurants. People working there are excellent, unbelievably nice.

    I don’t know where to begin; I’ll just say that I’ll never return here again. The whole room smelled damp and musty. There was no window to open, and the air conditioner only blew cold air. There was no air purifier to freshen the unpleasant smell in the room. The rooms weren’t cleaned properly, and there were no bathrobes. The food was terrible, with everything prepared using Indian spices.

    Comfortable stay

    Excellent support and service. Always a pleasure to stay here! Particularly great customer service from Mr Amir Shahzad. The overall team were also hospitable. Four Points by Sheraton is a nice place to stay. Breakfast great. I always prefers to stay here.

    i would like to commend Ms Kyi Lae Lae for being nice and helpful with us during our breakfast . She go extra miles to make for me a lovely home made cappuccino which is i really appreciate. she also make sure she smiles when she is serving the hotel guest which make our stay more memorable. Today unfortunately she is on off day.

    Pleasant stay

    Hotel is nice since you enter hotel from reception to restaurant they are so friendly I had pleasant stay in clean room with good view it was my first time in that hotel ,in Sharjah for small stay cation which I didn’t regretted to try .special thanks to Mr.mina from breakfast restaurant I believe he is supervisor very professional and welcome keep up good job .
