Worst Four Points
When you pull into this property you can obviously see that it has no outside maintenance happening. The grounds makes it look like it belongs in a bad neighborhood. Construction has been going on for over a year. Property is in total disarray. Walked into the hall 1st morning and drywall tape and mud were hanging from the ceiling. Only 1 elevator car was operating. Gym is closed for remodel but nothing going on in the gym Pool has been filled in with concrete. I was told so they could have a bigger patio. 💁♂️💁♂️💁♂️. I doubt that. Breakfast was 1 star. In years past it was a nice presentation. Not here. Tucked in a corner, prepackaged muffins a small microwave and mini fridge and coffee. The equivalent of a super 8. Which is what this property reminds me of. I dare say if Marriott does a surprise visit here they will not be carrying the four points brand within 60 days.

Do NOT stay in this hotel
Please do NOT make a reservation at this hotel. It is presently undergoing a major renovation and is not a place you want to stay. When we walked through the front door after many hours of driving we felt like we walked into the twilight zone. There was a a bare check in counter and the rest of the room was decimated. We stood in awe not believing our eyes. There was a sign saying the attendant would return soon. She did return and was wearing a hat and coat because there was no heat in the “lobby”. She was very nice and assured us there would be heat in our room, which we were going to “like very much”. The room was on the 4th floor which is the only floor that has rooms that are inhabitable. This hotel should not be allowed to continue to rent out rooms to people. I am saddened to see Marriott allow it to represent their brand. This may one day be a beautiful hotel, but right now do NOT stay there. Some one needs to close them down.

BEWARE
I booked this hotel specifically for a certain room design I saw on their website. We were arriving late after 10:30pm and I checked in on the app around 9pm. We arrived at the hotel to be told they did not have the room type available. When I asked why they did not have the specific room available based on my reservation, I was just told that others had arrived before me and they gave those rooms away. We went to the room we were given, but it didn't work for 2 people needing to work from the room. The front desk offered to cancel our reservation, but did not offer us any help in finding another hotel to stay at. I was frustrated and very disappointed in this hotel.

Lies on the Sheraton Four Points Columbus-Polaris website
Avoid at all costs! The hotel is under renovation - no pool, no restaurant, no bar, and in shambles - and yet, no mention of these obvious deficiencies on the website??? My wife and I were shattered beyond belief at the mother of three we encountered in the elevator who discovered there was no pool available for her kids, despite the hotel's website's information. How can the hotel lie to its customers?

Four Points? More like 2 Points.
Is this the Four Points Sheraton (Marriott) forgot they owned?! The hotel is currently under renovation (not disclosed on the website). No bar or anything despite them being depicted as available on the website. The whole hotel seemed outdated. The third floor hallway looked like I was staying at an “America’s Best” or a motel. The shower was tiny, water pressure was absent and you either got burned or frozen by the temp. The toilet literally sat maybe less that two feet off the ground. This was apparently an adjoining room suite i which I got to listen to the neighbors tv and other noises all night long. If I were you I’d spend more money to stay somewhere else.
