Noisy and strange designs. Would not recommend.
I stayed at the Four Points for two nights at the end of March. I was not impressed. The lobby is nice, and the staff are friendly. Of the two elevators, only one worked. There was no sign, but it became obvious, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they acknowledged and said it will be fixed soon. The room has a few lamps that provide very little light. I couldn't understand why the room was so dark. As I got ready for bed, I flipped a switch next to the headboard, and a bright LED light behind it came on. Maybe that would have been obvious to other guests, but I didn't find it so. There is only one mirror in the whole room, which is in the bathroom. No full-length mirror, no makeup mirror, etc. The bathroom light is motion activated, so if you get up to pee in the middle of the night, be aware it's going to be very bright. On the flip side, when you're in the shower and the glass doors get fogged up, the light will go off and you'll be showering in total darkness until you open the shower door and wave your hand. The door to the bathroom is barn-door style and does not close completely. There is a gap, so you'll have no privacy, and you can even see the room door's peep hole from the bathroom. Oh, and at least one of my towels had black hairs on it. The sofa is a weird plastic, fake leather material that was very cold and hard. There were two tiny pillows of similar fabric. The fridge took a long time to chill my items, and there is no freezer. The microwave works well but is very small. The whole hotel is very noisy. You can hear people outside speaking in a normal voice from the top floor of the hotel. Everyone walking past your room you can hear clearly. I faced the back of the hotel where there is a pickle ball court. The road behind there seems to become a race track at night. Cars just roaring down the road.
