  Stuck in Elevator - Poor Response

  The elevators are mechanically deficient. They are clunky, jerky start and stops and we actually were stuck in one for 30 minutes. The staff was not trained to open it (they were using a butter knife) but one of the dads traveling with us, who is a firefighter, happened to walk by and opened the door on the main floor for them but the staff didn’t inform them we were trapped on the elevator. So the staff called the fire department. They arrived and were able to get us out after 30 minutes. The hotel staff at the desk didn’t offer us any concessions but took out contact info for the manager. Two days later I had not heard from the manager so I called and left my info again. After 3 attempts to contact them with no success I filed a complaint with Marriott. Sadly Marriott did not follow up either. I had to make two calls to Marriott before I received any kind of concessions. After more than 3 weeks they finally gave me some points. Very disappointing.

  Marianna and her team have made this my favorite hotel in the city!!

  I have been meaning to leave a review for this hotel for a while. I travel to Columbus for work quite frequently now due to a large on-going project. About 5 times in the last quarter of 2025 and some upcoming stays to come. Staff: Each time I have stayed at this at this hotel has been quite pleasant. From the very first interaction, they have provided top tier customer service at every opportunity. I have only ever been met with kindness, attentiveness and friendliness. Usually staying a week at a time, they've always provided amazing service and company. Often late night our team would huddle in the cafe area working on our project and Marianna and her team always made sure accommodations were up to par. Checking in with us to see if we need anything, even refreshing water after service hours. Over the many visits there, we built a repour and I never felt anything other than valued here. The staff here is very attentive and always in a positive mood. I can't say thank you enough to them! They make being away from home so much less stressful! I will continue to stay here through all my visits. Rooms/lounge and amenities: This hotel is so clean!! The lobby is super cute and ALWAYS smells AMAZING!!! They have a gym to get you through your stay. Rooms are always very clean and they are always so respectful of my items in the room during the refresh!! Beds are super comfy and the bedding is super flush! Honestly, for the quality of the rooms and premises, the rates are amazing! Surrounding Areas: There is so much to do, eat and see in this area. There are a lot of shops in the area and even a grocery store less than a mile. Starbucks and a gas station within a block. You really couldn't ask for a better area to stay in. it's right off the highway and about 20 minutes from the airport. Overall, Service + convenience + Quality will keep me coming back to this location every time!! Please book here!!! Marianna and her team will take care of you!!!

  Great Value Hotel in a Popular Location

  Stayed here for a quick weekend stay because we are Marriott Members and the price was cheap. We weren't gonna be spending a ton of time here so clean and comfortable was all we needed. I was very impressed by the front desk staff, polite, efficient and always asking if they could help, it's a shame all hotels don't have this excellent staff as they were 10/10. The hotel has been recently renovated but it does have jail vibes to it, very dark and a bit sterile. The room was spacious and clean, my only complaints were the bed was not comfy, my back was so sore the next day, we had an adjoining room and we could hear everything, in our neighbors room...and the floor, I hated the floor it was like a linoleum and was awful to walk around on, the rooms need rugs or some carpet to make them feel a bit more cozy and not dorm like. The location is fantastic, right off the highway, Polaris shopping 2 minutes away and a ton of restaurants in every direction.

  Excellent property for business travel!

  The fitness center was clean and well kept. My room was clean well appointed the iron worked excellently. The staff was extremely helpful especially the GM Ms. Mohammad. She went out of her way to program a room key when I locked myself out. I also observed her to be very kind to other staff. I’ll plan to stay here again. The hotel was excellently managed.

  Good location and value for money

  Good clean facility which is close to a ton of shopping and eating places. Will certainly recommend if looking for a place to be with family. Only watch out is the light in the shower is on a crazy timer which keeps going off, so be prepared to keep waving in the shower to turn the light on to not be in a dark bathroom!!!!
