This is a great resort with an exceptional staff. I had so many great experiences but must point out a few that were exceptional. Phil T., Casino Host, is great, Kimia Khorshidi from Registration was wonderful, Layla from Rewards was so nice and so helpful, Maria Ramirez of Guest Services was fantastic, Kevin from Fontainebleau Express was outstanding and Anaiya S. from Morris & Co was just lovely. Great rooms and great restaurants - but they could definitely use a 24 hour sit down restaurant. The casino is very nice - it’s spacious and comfortable. I just wish they would play more of a variety and better music and also turn up the ac because it tends to be on the warm side. Overall I had a very nice time and will be returning again in the near future.

Excellent place for a family trip, couples trip or bachelor party
This resort keeps getting better and better! The service and accommodations have tremendously improved. I have been here for grand opening with my family, a couples trip with my partner and a bachelor party for 17 guys and all the experiences were amazing and with the vast differences in groups- everything was accommodated. I highly recommend FB Las Vegas and have been to all the resorts in Vegas and can confidently say it’s becoming the best new spot in Vegas.

You won't get the Blue's at Fontainebleau!
Fontainebleau is 18 month new hotel, casino and resort. What an incredible experience. You can understand how a newer hotel is better laid out. Make the Ballagio look dated! The 6 pools with chairs, daybeds and cabana's were located on the 3rd floor easily accessible to the elevators. Don't have to prance through the casino half naked in your bathing suits. The food was incredible, recommend Don's. Even the owner goes there. They had a 24-hour french cafe that was nice, the promenade had more causal dining. Well laid out. The spa is second to none. Will be going back. Highly recommend

Celebrating Our 1st Anniversary
We got engaged in 2024 at the airport on our way to Las Vegas, so this year, to celebrate our 1st anniversary, we decided to splurge and enjoy a few days at the Fountainebleau. It was perfection and flawless, from check-in to the suite, room service, and a memorable anniversary dinner at Don's Prime. Highly recommend for any occasion!

May 20, 2025Nightmare check-in experience
My friends and I booked three rooms for our stay, and unfortunately, the check-in experience was extremely disappointing. Two of the rooms had serious issues. One room had not been cleaned at all—it was left in an unacceptable state with dirty towels and trash throughout. My friends in that room had to wait over two hours before a manager was finally able to provide them with a new room. In another case, the front desk issued the wrong key three separate times. My friends staying in that room were forced to repeatedly walk back and forth through the hotel and casino, only to eventually be placed in an ADA-accessible room they did not book. The entire process was chaotic, frustrating, and far below the standard we expected. I’ve never had a worse check-in experience at any hotel.
