    The Worst Resort in Cancun.

    We booked 4 nights stay at this hotel. It took 2 hours to check in, once in room the air conditioning did not work and the hotel safe was not working. After a few hours the safe was fixed however the air conditioning was not fixed. After complaining to manager they assured us it would be corrected it was not. After spending an incredibly uncomfortable night we requested another room that had air conditioning. They again stated they would fix the air conditioning but no other rooms were available. After 5 pm we finally gave up and checked out and moved to another hotel. I ask the manager to refund two of the four nights stay the refused. There were several people with the same issue and were sleeping in lobby to stay cool. This was the worst experience and we will never stay there again. The management just continues to make excuses.

    Good all-inclusive hotel with a reasonable price

    Good food options and a good ocean view. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious with good views. Rooms are reasonably priced co.pared to others in the hotel zone. The beach is lovely, but the ocean is rough for swimming. The property is well maintained.

    One of our worst stays in Cancun yet. We will not be returning to this hotel for sure.

    You get what you pay for. It took us an hour to check in with only 3 guests in front of us. Once we were checked in, they handed us a single key card, and when we asked for a secondary key, we’re told that it was not possible to have 2. They offered no direction to the room or elevators (which were being worked on and not working, so we carried our luggage up the stairs. This is supposed to be an all-inclusive hotel, but we were given no information about dining times, locations, etc. the food selection is also minimal, and there are no vending machines around for snacks or beverages once the restaurant closes. The hotel lists free wi-fi, but in order to access it, you have to turn off your private sharing and once you get to your room it’s gone and too weak to log onto if you can even see it (even though Expedia specifically lists WiFi in the rooms. The AC in the room is set to 25c (77F) and you can’t only override it. There is no English speaking employees that can assist you. So if you are planning on staying here, be prepared to speak Spanish to get any assistance and don’t go with high expectations.

    I recently experienced several service-related issues during my stay at your establishment. Firstly, I was charged £20, equivalent to 390 pesos, for a minor makeup stain found on one of the beds upon checkout. This charge came as a surprise and disappointment, especially considering the lack of bedding provided for the majority of my stay. Despite my repeated attempts to address this matter with reception, including daily inquiries over an eight-day period, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, I was asked to vacate the pool area to accommodate a photo shoot, which inconvenienced me further, they even staged a Barbecue which never happened during our 10 day stay, for the photo shoot. Photos attached. Furthermore, safety concerns arose from sharp nails protruding from the area surrounding the shower. Lastly, the Wi-Fi service provided was unsatisfactory. These cumulative experiences have left me dissatisfied with the level of service and amenities offered during my stay. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

    Poor management and customer care

    My child badly cut his hand in a kids (!!!!) swimming pool. First aid was done and issue was reported and recorded with the Playground mate. Management never even bothered to come and ask later if he is OK. In 2 days I approached duty managers and they started telling me a lot of stories, that someone tried to come and visit us, or our room number was given wrong. And as soon as I started giving them a hard time, they all suddenly forgot English and lost in translations... Extremely bitter taste from the holiday of our dream. Flamingo - NEVER AGAIN!!! AVOID WITH KIDS!!!
