Super loud and bad food
Non stop offensively loud music heard inside the room for 10 hours every day. Looking forward to leaving this hotel and getting some peace and quiet and a decentl meal. Not for relaxing. Also no gym. And careful getting in the shower . Dangerous

Amazing service, great view, with convenient location
Hotel was great. It was very clean and the house keeping did an excellent job. The location was amazing with restaurants, night clubs and small mini marts very close, within walking distance. The food was wonderful. Best of all the service was incredible. The bartenders and service staff never said no to any request and were very attentive and accommodating. The only negatives were was the beach was very rough and steep. Also a bartender did not give us happy hour when it was clearly marked on the sign in front of the bar. Lastly one of the massage therapists asked me for more money when we paid her by room charge and tipped a nice tip in cash. She and hotel manager wanted to ask me for more money. I think it was a miss understanding and the massage receptionist may not have given her her tip. But all in all it was a great stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Fantastic Resort
At the hottest month of the year, the air conditioning i the rooms kept the room very comfortable and no problems in the very comfortable room. Linens were clean and fresh. Hotel was kept sparkling clean and always someone cleaning and maintaining at all hours. Lots of daily group activities are on the schedule as well as he amazing SPA and gym. Pools are kept clean and in control although lots of kids -all well behaved when I was there. Families and singles can enjoy equally. Beach is very comfortable and the vendors there are not overbearing. I would love to return.

Pool under construction in May. Horrors!
The hotel is located great, downtown. Easily walkable to so many places. Check-in was slow but the staff were helpful. Internet included on site. The rooms are dated but very spacious. The furniture is old. The balcony is a wrap-around but has a strange high wall blocking any view. :( We had a 3 bedroom, all rooms nicely appointed with soap, shampoo, mouthwash, toothpaste etc. Plenty of towels, hot water etc. Master bedroom ensuite very large with 2 sinks, jacuzzi and shower. Nice kitchen with 4 burners, a refrigerator, and a Pod coffee pot which I am not fond of so we bought a small regular one at Soriana's as they had no regular coffee makers at the hotel. They supplied plenty of bottled water daily and you could ask for more. The living room was kind of crowded with dated furniture. Dining room sufficient. Overall decent to good room, comfy beds, and pillows are good as well. We had a great time but. We were on the side of the hotel with no sunset views. Bummer. What would make me probably not return was that the main pool was under construction! Upon arrival they stated maintenance, but it was major construction of more than 3/4 of that pool. The remaining areas were kiddie height. What do we do on vacation when it is in the 100-degree F temps, all day? Lounge by the pool. None of that was happening. We did use lounge chairs on a level but no pool time. Service by the pool was incredibly slow. The lower pool by the ocean was filled with children and completely cloudy, I was not putting my toe in that. The ocean was beautiful but not swimmable due to rouge waves and very rough surf. The manager offered us a percentage off food & drinks bought at the resort due to the pool issue. Sounded okay upon check-in but alas we did not eat or drink there much and most times never got the discount. We had great meals in Acapulco, did some great tours and just really liked Acapulco. Felt very safe and welcomed in this area. The pool being out of commission really ruined the vacation for us all. We will return to Acapulco but not this hotel as we were not told of this problem ahead of time by the resort or our exchange company. We would never book a resort in May in Mexico without full pool access.

Very satisfied, hope to visit again!
We were traveling as an extended family and had the three-bedroom suite facing the bay. Very nice, very clean, absolutely no complaints. Each room had a balcony. We saw sea turtles swimming in the water by the rocks numerous times. The hotel staff is pleasant and helpful. We did not encounter any staff members who were not. Part of what made the visit so enjoyable is that the taxi drivers located outside the Fiesta Americana provide a great service. We booked a daylong tour with Jose Luciano Callejas Gonzalez. We paid less than then tour companies were charging, traveled in a spotlessly clean air conditioned Suburban, and got a personalized tour. Jose took us to numerous scenic outlooks, the Chapel of Peace (a must see), the Diego Rivera mural (another must see), the Mirador for lunch and to watch the cliff divers, the outdoor ampitheater, Los Flamingoes to see the view, and other stops. We really felt like we got a great overview of city. Jose's English is excellent and he's very knowledgeable. Look for the guy in the turquoise shirt, his service is exceptional! We also worked with several other drivers stationed at the hotel. Oscar Cervantes also has excellent English and outstanding service, as does Pedro. The pools at the hotel were very nice. One was closed for renovation while we were there (June 2023) but the others offered plenty of space. One nice surprise is that several floors offer washers and dryers free of charge. So great to be able to take home a suitcase of clean clothes! Our room had a small kitchen, stovetop only, no oven, plus microwave, dishwasher, and fridge. We made a run to the grocery store and were able to cook meals there some days. The hotel plays music throughout the evening and late into the night on the weekends. If you're sensitive to sounds, take ear plugs. The music didn't bother us but it might bother others. Fiesta Americana is in easy (and safe) walking distance to numerous restaurants. We particularly liked La Finca. I whole-heartedly recommend Fiesta Americana and its excellent staff and taxi drivers!
