Adequate, not outstanding
We stayed here through our Hilton Grand Vacations time share. It was a relatively low-point commitment but they did charge about $100/person/day for the all-inclusive fee. Given the cost of dining in Cozumel, this seems reasonable enough. We paid for an upgrade to a two-bedroom suite which was very comfortable. Housekeeping was good, showers and toiletries were all nice. The view from our balcony was fantastic - particularly for sunset. The staff was all very kind and helpful. Special shout out for Andres, the concierge, who gave us great advice and was always super friendly when we ran into him on property. The food was mostly just okay. I had about three or four especially tasty dishes over our five-day stay. Peninsula, the Asian restaurant was my favorite. I knew that was where we wanted to go based other reviews, but it was only open on our final night. The specialty restaurants did a better job helping with my gluten and dairy allergies. I would be cautious eating at the buffet as the staff did not seem to know the ingredients in many of the dishes. As per an earlier review, this is not a high-end resort. There were, in fact, tiles falling off of some of the areas on the main pool. The workmanship in the guest rooms was adequate but a little messy. The biggest negative about resort was definitely the “beach.” It is not open insofar as the hotel doesn’t have any amenities over there. You can still swim. For me, however, even if it were open, it would have been a disappointment. It was not a sandy beach entry and the water was deep so not that turquoise blue one expects in this area. You can enter in a rocky area or climb down some ladders into the water. We walked down the road to the Intercontinental which had a nice cove with a walk-in beach entry. There are also some hotels further south, that have nice beaches.

Great place staff friendly and helpful.
First time to stay in an all inclusive resort and it was great. The food was great on the buffet and the couple times in the restaurants was good too. The pool is great the views are great. Close to town and the ocean for scuba diving. I definitely would like to go back one day!

Pleasant stay at Fiesta Americana Cozumel
Excellent staff and very accommodating. Very clean, comfortable, courteous staff. Nice variety of food offerings on the buffet and also in the various restaurants. Comfortable rooms and beds!! Also a great tour office and good tour options. The Jeep tour was an excellent choice.

Hotel with the best snorkeling site right in front...
Great if you don't want a big all-inclusive experience. Good sides : good buffet and drinks (but not worth the price difference compared to cheaper all inclusives like Iberostar though). Specialty Italian restaurant is TERRIBLE (Cannelonies without ricotta cheese, etc.) but Asian specialty is to DIE FOR though. You have the BEST snorkeling spot right in front of the property (saves you the 30USD/person fee other tourists pay). Pools are very small but nice. Rooms have amazing ocean view of course. Personnel is nice. I fell near the pool and cut myself pretty bad : the nurse on site took care of my wound for free every day ! Other resorts would have charged me ... Overall very nice place but not worth the price difference.

Nice
Rooms nice. Opt for an upper room for best views. Beach area not open but can use - no fault of resort. Pool could use a little maintenance- missing tiles. Standard all inclusive food. Good for families. The king suite is very spacious and would be great for families
