Incredible all-inclusive experience.
Incredible value. Our concierge JC took great care of us, and even took some extra steps to make our experience more special. The rooms were spacious and comfy. The building is old; in some rooms our party noticed a dank smell. I saw what appeared to be mold in some of the caulking near the sink. The food was great as well as the service and entertainment. The location is superb.

FA- more interested in your money vs. your patronage
The wait and service employees made this vacation very relaxing and enjoyable. All of the workers were very sweet and accommodating, attentive. Everyone except for OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT! There’s A LOT to be desired, very unprofessional and uncaring. Focused on money only. We planned a VERY long overdue family vacation, in which were originally made erroneously by a third party. So, if you need any help at all, your patronage does NOT matter to them, and you’ll receive ZERO help in trying to get assistance. My reservations were inadvertently made in October for 4 family members, only 2 had been mistakenly booked, we needed ACCOMMODATIONS for 4 people. So, despite MANY immediate numerous phone calls and emails, they refused to change the room to 4 people. Same date, willing to pay for an ajoining room or room very close by. The management, ENRIQUE CALDERON, VP of Operations and front desk manger Marisol REFUSED to work with us and WOULD NOT give us a room for 4 people on the same date or a credit towards a larger room. My “choices” were to either take the room or lose all of my money. It was SUPPOSED to be a FAMILY VACATION. I had tried for months, as I knew from being online there were plenty of rooms left. So, we could NOT understand why we could not stay together with our FAMILY vacation. They had plenty of 5 person rooms available at the time. They told me if I don’t show up, made even the slightest change in my reservation, I’d lose my $3k. So, separate rooms it was, not even close to each other. Do NOT stay here. Management is the WORST. No assistance or help, understanding or sense of even caring. They will NOT accommodate you!! Very disappointing!! I know that this review will likely be responded to by a bot, but I’m warning you to STAY away from this place. Many other resorts work with their customers This was all completely UNACCEPTABLE!!

Great place if you like a low key vibe
Went with a group of 6 other friends, a variety of ages from 30's to 60's. It was our 1st time at this Fiesta Americana but we have been doing all inclusives for over 20 years. The resort is on the smaller side so very easy to navigate & crossing the road to get to the beach club, ocean & some of the restaurants was not a big deal. For those of you who smoke, there is 1 spot down the stairs from the main lobby on the street but not a big deal. Getting in & out of the ocean without an actual beach access could be interesting for a lot of people, very rocky to enter off the steps or you can enter by ladder access. It was great to be able to see all kinds of fish just looking off the dock or "beach" area for tjose of our groupnot wanting to try to get in & out of the ocean . The rooms are nice, clean, hot water, great A/C & 24 hour room service is a nice option if you don't get a reservation at night. They clean daily, stock the fridge with coke products, 1 Tecate light, 2 Superior beers, bottled water & a few snacks. They also leave bottles of water by the bed & sink area. The room for the shower & toilet was very tight but the rest of the room was spacious. We had a double bed with ocean view on the 6th floor & could see the pool area as well from our balcony in #610. The balcony had a bench, 2 chairs & a side table. We tried all 3 evening restaurants & had great food at all of them, the menus are not big but even our picky eaters found something to try. The resort was not full by any means when we were there so easy to get reservations & lounge chairs. The entire resort is very clean, staff was friendly & Miguel at the pool kept the drinks flowing with a smile on his face. The pool entertainment wasnt much to write home about but it was typical for most resorts that we have been to. They all work very hard to keep you happy & deserve lots of tips. The buffet was not overly large but had a decent variety of fresh food every morning & afternoon with 2 cooking stations for omlets, quesidillas, etc. The snack bar & cevechie day time restaurants had good food choices as well. The coffee bar was a nice option for the morning with pastry options & a few sandwiches & ice cream later in the day. They have a small nightly show from 7 to 8pm, nice entertainment but that's about it for the night other than dj music playing at the lobby bar until 11pm & then the place shuts down for the night. We take a cab into town a few times looking for a little more entertainment, itvwas a 20 minute ride & $15 each way. We did not have any issues paying in USD for cabs, shops, tips or restaurants but we did have to pay our resort fee with a card as none of had pesos & the resort does not take USD except for tips. This place is great if you are looking for a laid back, quiet & relaxing atmosphere but not for those looking for a fun party vibe. I would go back again when I'm in my 60's or older but it wasn't enough night life for the younger ones in our group. Possibly the cleanest & best food we've found on the island for all inclusives though!
