  Awesome travel

  Exellent service, i loved the hotel, this is the 10th time that i came here, and no doubt, i'm coming back soon

  Cancún 2026

  Booked in the Serenity Oceanfront Suite. I had been to this resort 2 times previously and was advised that Serenity was the new adults only tower. It was not. There were families in rooms adjacent to ours. Fortunately they were not too disruptive but if it would have been a crying baby. I would have been disappointed. There's a small sandy "adults only section" roped off to the side but I prefer to be by the pool or ocean. Other than that. I didn't see any actual perk to "Serenity" However the room was amazing. It was just my husband and I but we loved having the extra room. We used the table for our room service and having the extra bathroom was nice too. The jacuzzi tub on the balcony was 10/10. Sunrise. Nighttime. After sun. Perfection. We had Christian as our butler and he couldn't be more accommodating. Even from before our arrival we began to communicating via Whatsapp, We were impressed with his level of customer service. Kind, professional and even reached out on his days off. The poolside burger, pizza, nachos were always on point and the specialty restaurants were good as well. In my opinion the food is not amazing but it's also not bad. I liked the new Brazilian restaurant and my husband is a vegetarian and he enjoyed all of the options at the salad bar. Since I've been to Fiesta they've turned the ice cream/crepe shop to Sushi. I don't like sushi so that was a no for me. It's in the gift shop/bakery now but I liked the crepes. Personal opinion. Since I've been to Fiesta twice before in the last 5 years, I can definitely see the lack of nightly entertainment. When I went in 2021, there were shows in the theatre. When I when in 2023. They weren't utilizing the theater but there was still more nightly themed entertainment. I've enjoyed many variety shows, circus shows, magic show, hypnosis shows even the Michael Jackson show lol and especially with this being a family resort. Nightly entertainment would be a plus. All in all a wonderful trip. Service and cleanliness of the resort were top notch! Thanks for another wonderful stay

  Avoid the steak house

  I paid 4620. To get 7 days of diarreha after eating in their steakhouse on Feb 24. Should have known sonething was up as beef tartar , tuna tartar was off the menu. Rib steak tasted good but was tough. I chose med rare which was prob my fatal error. Of the 13 in my family group, 5 of us are all having lobg lasting diarreha which started the day after Wed Feb 25. Definitely a food inspection agency needs to check out this steak house kitchen and their food handling practices. I will say i had good time but for 5 of us the lasting memory we are experiencing made it not worth it.

  Resort, staff, food, drinks, rooms and weather - best vacation ever!!!

  Best vacation ever! The resort was amazing and so was the weather. What really made the trip exceptional was the staff. From the concierge Fabio to some of the best service staff we’ve ever seen, Enrique, Cesar, Roberto, Oswaldo and Vladimir, they made it memorable! Of course, the food and drinks were five stars as well. We can’t imagine a nicer vacation!

  Such a fun and relaxing trip

  Me and my husband had an amazing time there! The entertainment group were amazing!!! Jonathon , Ariel, David, and Diana were such positive and fun people!! The staff were all so friendly, the food was good, and the place was so nice!
