Pedro at the lobby bar was the best! The service was 10/10. The live music was also amazing! Would come back just for that kind of experience itself!

Great human service throughout the resort, always accommodating! Osvaldo and Edwin in the pool and beach are great servers. Always on-time with your next drinks. Eladio at the morning buffet is always attentive and making sure everything is running smoothly. Ashley in the lounge bar was always happy to serve. The food is excellent for an all-inclusive resort, the pizzas on the pool and the snack bar are great. The cevicheria spot is also an amazing option, fresh seafood. The mexican restaurant offers true and genuine mexican dishes. We ate there twice in a row. The property is a bit dated BUT well maintained. Hotel employees influence greatly in the overall positive experience. Beach was clean and so were the pools. A big Soriana supermarket is a quick 5 minute bus ride down the street if you need more diapers as we did :( Resort is small enough to walk back-and-forth to your room from the beach and to the restaurants throughout the property, which we loved being with a 2-yr old. Overall I would highly recommend this resort if you are coming with kids!

Great vacay
Everything was great. Esaud and Luis the life guards were the best. He helped my sons find shelves and made their vacation to remember. Thank you!
