Dec 22, 2025Even if it were free, I would not return
The food is not good, request from staff have to be asked multiple times, and they don't have enough restaurants to accommodate the guests. You could lose an hour a half of your vacation waiting in line for a dinner reservation only to be turned away once you get to the front of the line saying they're full and then they won't even put you in for the next night. You have to do it all over again if you want to eat there.

Staying at fiesta Americana was amazing! The service was great as well as the food and drinks!!! I want to give a HUGE shout out to a few amazing bartenders Pedro, Rodolfo, Carlos, Felix, Nemias and chef Josue thank you so much for making our stay just amazing!

Great experience
Had an amazing time. great service. We have been to this hotel multiple times. you can feel the improvements since our last. Shout out to Elegio for his excellent service on the beach. Eladio always making sure we have what we need and Annel kept our room spotless. thank you all so much.

Lovely Family Vacation — Great Service!
We had an excellent time here! The rooms were cleaned very nicely every day. The view from even the non-ocean front room was lovely overlooking the pool. The drinks were not too strong unless you asked. The buffet was the best of the restaurants. Our servers Eladro, Layeli, Heraclio, Chocolato, Oswaldo, Manuel, Adolfo were so attentive and friendly. We were able to take the bus easily to go to the markets. The painting activity was great. We got a large painting to take home. The shows on the weekend starting on Friday were the better ones.
