    Great family trip

    We had a great spring break family vacation at Fiesta Americana Condesa all inclusive with 2 boys age 7 and 11. Overall very nice resort, great value for money, great beach, decent food. Very nice resort in a beautiful setting - lush green on one side, white sand beach with turquoise waters on the other. Lots of things to do for kids - pool with slides, indoor and outdoor activities, beach. Lots of things to do for adults - multiple pools, activities, fun fitness group classes, yoga next to the beach, can rent boogie boards at the beach. Good family shows at night - fire show, circus, Mexican cultural show. Food was decent. Kids always had comforting food options. I don’t have very high expectations from any all inclusive for food, but the live food stations for pastas, fried rice, grilled meats, eggs, sushi, rolls, churros were quite well done. Good service.

    Edgar and David were the best. They made me have the best fun experience: The food pool restaurants and bars were all a blast. I LOST A GAME OF FOOSBALL TO THESE EMPLOYEES SO BOW I HAVE TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW. ———————————————————————————————-

    5th Trip

    This was our 5th visit to FACC. This is one of our favorite resorts to visit. The service, food, staff, and room are all top notch. We would like to recognize some of the staff that are a big part in why we come back! Nadia at the lower pool. Nadia has always had a friendly and welcoming presence. She always greets us with a smile and is always making sure our time at the pool is relaxing. When we come she is one of the first people I look for. She has become almost like family. Jj and Elmar at the top level bar. We have had the opportunity to see them the last couple of years and whenever they would see us they would see what they could do for us. We very rarely were without a drink in our hands. Jairo at Rosato always goes above and beyond. Every time we have visited him he makes our meal entertaining. Bringing out fun new drinks and desserts. Always makes sure we are taken care of. Niceforo in the lobby bar. We would go and play cards in the lobby and Niceforo always came by to check on us to see if we needed drinks or make sure we were comfortable. I have visited Paola every year we have visited FACC and every year she remembers us and says hello! Its very cool and comforting to know that she remembers us. Makes the time a little special. Not to mention all of the delicious desserts she makes! Bernicia at Don Roberto. This was our first time with Bernicia and she made sure we were never without our favorite tacos and drinks. Caesar and his team at San Telmo were super attentive. Our food was timed perfectly at every meal. He was friendly and we enjoyed our dinner. Daniel and Roberto at the Thai restaurant were a great team and service was awesome. Vladimih at Mexicano. He was super friendly and very professional. Had our drinks out and our courses came out in a timely manner. Diego and Fabians presentation didn’t feel like we were pressured to participate with anything but made sure we were informed of what we could potentially receive. We had friends with us this year that took our advice on coming to this resort and they were pleased as well!

    Paola and the Amazing Crepes

    Paola is such a g at making crepes. Absolutely delicious every time, never misses. If I was starving this is the first place I'd go to eat. And shes always delightful, smiles and all. I went one day and she wasn't there and it just wasn't the same💔💔 Paola I'll never forget how amazing and quick you were💔 Best crepes I've ever had, ever. Everyone should go here for the crepes, the churros are kinda eh, little too crispy for me. The ice cream is alright, you can't mess up ice cream. I'd go to the shop multiple times a day. The other workers can't compare to her🙌 Paola you're the best!🩷

    Excellent

    This resort is excellent! Great restaurants and entertainment for all ages. The staff is friendly and welcoming! There’s entertainment at pool and night time DJ and shows were great! Hotel room s are clean and let’s not forget room service 24-7. Don’t forget to book your spa with Noe & Bridgette! We spend five days and didn’t leave the resort! Can’t wait to be back!
