Eladio is the best waiter here in fiesta Americana. Truly the funniest and efficient guy here. As well as Eraclio, Antonio, David, Isaias, Nayeli, Magda, and Sol made our experience here awesome.

AMAZING SERVICE
Eladio was amazing!!! A few others that stood out were ERACIO,ANTONIO,DAVID,ISAIA,NAYELI,MAGDA,SOL they were all amazing humans and made our buffet morning something to look forward to! They all went above and behind to make sure our food was great and mimosas were full! I would come back just to see those faces again!

FIVE stars and beyond 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Where to start… Five Stars isn’t enough stars. The staff was AMAZING from breakfast, Eladio, Oswaldo, Nayeli, Mercalio, Ramiro, David, Isaias and Manuel they treated us like royalty every morning and again at lunch when we dined inside. Favorite restaurant was by far the Italian and again the service was beyond amazing from Cesar and the sweet young man who delivered the bread. The lobby bar was my favorite lobby bar from all resorts we have stayed at in Cancun. You will not be disappointed I guarantee you. If there was one thing I would change it is to make the pool warmer. It’s just way too cold from what we are used to. Thank you Fiesta Americana and staff for you over and above service and treatment. Love the Leach Family

The facilitets are beautiful. Drinks are good. Food is OK. - pool is not heated - i had higher expectations for the food, considering the price of the hotel - I don’t appreciate them trying to sell more expensive rooms during check-in - when we were there, large parts of the property were closed of due to a company conference being there. That also resulted in large cues for food. - having to stand in line to restaurants instead of being able to reserve a time for dinner
