All facilites were good. The cabin was nace, but the beds very unconfortable. All cabin well equiped and service from couter well very fast and friendly. I expectativas to receive back the deposit requested as a requirement from the resort

We have stayed at this resort multiple times over the years. It is our "happy place!" The pool/water area is delightful and the staff is extremely accommodating. I would not hesitate to return over and over again as it truly does deliver!

A great place for family fun!
Our family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had a blast! The villa was quite clean and well-appointed, and very comfortable for three adults and two children. The buildings are showing their age a bit, with faded paint here and there and some squeaky floors, but the kitchen had good appliances and a good bit of room to maneuver around in. We thought at first we were stuck with no dishes or silverware - some older reviews here had indicated such - but discovered the dishwasher was packed with all we might need...so check the dishwasher! The water park was very good! The pool was of a decent size and accommodated the holiday crowd very well, and the lazy river was quite relaxing. We rented a cabana for the second day and were certainly pleased we did! It was very nice to have a spot in the shade, a fridge for our goodies, and good chaise lounges to relax in between trips into the water. And staff - what a great crew! Everyone we met, from the front desk (didn't get names for the gentlemen who checked us in, but they were very friendly and answered all our questions; I spoke to Chris several times and he was very helpful!) to housekeeping folks out in the complex - all were quite cordial and seemed glad to see us. The real superstars were the pool attendants we had a chance to interact with, specifically Lucy and Cecil (Ancizar); they went above and beyond to make our time at the water park the best it could be. We appreciate their patience and kindness, which certainly reflect well on the facility overall. Bottom line: Do NOT miss a chance to stay at FantasyWorld Resort!

Nice little family resort
Everything was great for the price! Besides our dryer being broken everything was comfortable! The front staff was accommodating. The pool, lazy river, and water slides were the kids favorites but watch out the yellow slide is fast! ( scary then any disney ride!)

Terriable the Town house had a bad oder The screen for the patio was all busted out we stayed one week on check in and ask if screen could be repaired they never repaired the whole week . Very poor customer service
