Mar 09, 2026Armed Forces Vacation Club Users... BEWARE!!!
A Heads Up for Armed Forces Vacation Club users, check in at this resort is a royal pain as it is no longer done on site. They force you to go down a few miles to another resort to check in there - and anything you need is done through this other resort. We have stayed here twice now and don't think we will be back. Apparently the resort lost its contract or some sad sorry excuse that we were given. This information would have been nice to know prior to booking. Rooms are just OK. Nothing special. Lazy River didn't have jets on for some reason. Many of the pool chairs need to be replaced as it appears they were ruined by heavyset individuals who really stretched them out leaving a deep sag. It's too bad. We will look elsewhere for our next stay.

Feb 27, 2026We absolutely love Fantasy World!
This is our second stay here, a week each time and we just love it here! So much to do, Waterpark, mini golf, impressive arcade, arts and crafts, small library, fitness center, daily activities, and the staff are all just so helpful and pleasant, always working hard to keep everything clean and making sure you have a good time! It's about 20 minutes to the theme parks, lots of shopping and dining all around the resort! Getting groceries delivered is so fast and easy just give the address for your townhouse not the front desk and it comes right to your door! Love the laundry upstairs with the bedrooms. 2 full baths with a handicap accessible shower downstairs! The full kitchen has everything you need. We come twice a year and have stayed on property at Sea World, Universal and Disney and this is our second favorite place to stay with Cabana Bay at Universal being a close #1. Chris at the front desk is absolutely fantastic, though all of the staff are wonderful and work hard to keep the resort perfectly clean and perfect!

Loved it
Had 12 days here. Staff very friendly and helpful. The store at reception is very pricey but only 5 mins away from a Walmart. Very well located to all the parks and International drive. Public area and pool are all clean. Stayed in a 2 bed townhouse. Suited all our needs. Had good storage, washer and dryer. Covered outdoor space. We have recommended to friends and family as we thought the value was great.

Awesome resort
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is great. The Townhomes are very comfortable and have everything you need. It is very quiet so we were able to rest well. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation
We have really enjoyed our holiday in Fantasy World Vacation Villas. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff that took care of us so professionally. In particular, Jose, Chris on the front desk. We would also like to thank Katie Romero for her hard work in accommodating our requests. The things that sets this resort apart is the people that work here and go out of their way to help you.
