    Security Manny

    The location is close to local businesses and restaurants. The staff are very accommodating. Make you feel at home. Security Manny is the best. He diffused a situation at the bar that could have escalated. He also helped our group out with a need for a microwave. He really cares about the guests! Five stars for Manny!

    Security personnel- Manny was phenomenal! There was a certain issue and Manny appropriately defused the situation, and in seconds my group was back to having a great time at the Blue Flamingo all thanks to Manny! After that, he was our main contact if we needed anything throughout our stay and he delivered! Great employee dealing with guests! 5 stars all around for Manny!

    Best hotel I’ve been to in a long while

    "I can’t say enough about how clean and amazing the grounds are at the blue flamingo. Flora in customer service is really a sweetheart and really on top of. how her guests are feeling about their stay! Most hotels do not contact you to ask you how well things are going. Joel, the manager of the blue flamingo was an absolute gentleman. I even took the time to go compliment him on how amazing his staff is. The location of the blue flamingo is absolutely perfect. Out of the middle of downtown where you can move around easily without the congestion. Parking was not a problem and having a Starbucks right next to the main office was really convenient. The pool is super clean and the food is really good. I wanted some extra pillows at four in the morning and I felt terrible calling to ask but within five minutes security brought us two other pillows as well because my wife likes to sleep hugging a pillow and one under her head lol maybe we were annoying, but they didn’t treat us that way and they delivered the pillows very quickly. Super clean rooms. Complementary mineral water left in each room. Amazing view out to the bay and just perfect perfect for our fifth anniversary. I would recommend the blue flamingo hotel to anyone. With Joel as the manager teaching his employees how to treat the patrons with respect and constantly asking and text messaging you if you need anything, we’re here for you, etc. It’s those little touches that mean a lot. I don’t get to get out a lot with four children at home so to come and be treated this way like Gold. I will never forget the blue flamingo hote!!!
