Avoid
I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any of the issues I brought up. Every interaction felt like I was inconveniencing them, and they lacked any basic sense of hospitality. As for the facilities, they were absolutely terrible. The room was outdated, dirty, and in need of serious. The bathroom shower tub combo didn’t drain. The advertised amenities were either broken or non-existent, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt run-down and neglected. To make matters worse, when I complained about the problems, I was met with indifference. There was no effort to remedy the situation, and it seemed like they just didn’t care. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs. It’s a waste of money, and you’ll likely leave more stressed than when you arrived.

Solid stay
I was concerned when I read the reviews. This is a solid 3 star hotel- as they claim to be. It could use some sprucing up. But that’s cosmetic. 1. Bathroom : marble walls around tub are nice and clean. great water pressure and excellent drainage in tub. I really like the small ledge under the mirror for placing personal bathroom items. (Yes, some snags in shower curtain but really people. Not a complaint.) 2. Room: clean carpet. Clean sheets. Comfortable bed. Pillows are just fine. (Again, yes, I noticed a small hole in a bedskirt but really not a complaint.) 3. Breakfast: coffee bar with lively attendant to keep it clean. Food is fine. It’s a 3-star hotel buffet. Not the Ritz Carlton. 4. Parking: secure garage. Worth every penny of $12. The close Marriot properties also charge for an outside lot. This is much better. Overall. Very good. I do hope this property gets the refurbishment it deserves one day in the future. But until then, this is a solid stay at the price.

I would expect this from a no name motel...
Simply put, this was the worst Marriott property I have ever stayed at. The hallway carpets were all stained and had old gum in numerous locations. The bathroom shower curtain had several pulls, the wallpaper was scratched all over the place, the faux leather mirror trim was pealing all around. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were like a small amount of sand was stuffed in sack. The nightstand had what looked like dried crazy glue all over the top of it, and the other furniture was all nicked up. The breakfast was horrible, even by free hotel breakfast standards. The parking garage ($12/night) was very tight and difficult to maneuver if another car was coming the other way. Lastly, there are several homeless people living across the street under the entrance canopy of a closed restaurant. Not a place I would walk around at night or leave anything of value in the car. Bottom line, I would expect this from a no name motel in an undesirable part of town, not a Marriott brand. I trusted the Fairfield Inn name, and it failed me.

Fairfield Inn Denver Cherry Creek
We stayed at this hotel last night. Marriott needs to refurbish this hotel! I would be embarrassed to have my name in it. The room decor is below average. Both chairs in our room were stained as was the carpet. The bed, and covers were ok but the pillows were small and uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like an 8 year old child had chalked the tub and sink. The toilet took forever to flush. Breakfast was limited to powdered eggs, sausage, and waffles - only one waffle maker. They were out of oatmeal and cereal. The space is far to small for the size of the hotel. Again below par. The elevators were poorly refurbished and the lobby had several temporary cooling machines. They also charge $12 to park your car in their old parking garage so consider that if you are shopping. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more for a higher quality stay elsewhere.

Needs renovation
Needs an update Hotel is located in a business/industrial part of town. Lobby is small, dark, and off-putting. Rooms need renovation and maintenance: towel shelf was about to fall off the wall, and blow dryer broken. Refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker but no microwave. Parking garage ($13 daily charge) so narrow that side sweeping another vehicle is likely. After one night, I learned outside parking is an option and safer but also at a $13 charge. I ate breakfast only one morning: scrambled eggs were dry and hard; only white bread on the menu. Overall, not up to Marriott standard. The only saving grace for this hotel is its staff: friendly and fast. I cannot recommend staying here.
