Just an average old property on the south end of the strip. The decor is dated, old, and dark…not uplifting at all. If you don’t take Uber it will take you an hour to get to Fremont Street on the bus.

I checked in on the app but wasn't able to make it to the hotel, so I call the front desk and asked them to check me out of the room and close the account. Next day I noticed that they did not check me out. Call the VIP services and they transfer me to the front desk, I explained the situation and she says she has to put me on hold and of course she does not know how to put anyone on hold so I get disconnected. By the way if anyone reads this, I don't expect much from your front desk in terms of politeness/friendliness but at least teach your VIP services to learn how to properly speak over the phone.

Went for NYE. We love Excalibur! It may not be super modern and updated completely but it's clean, safe and all staff has always been exceptional with us. I value that more than having a super modern resort.

Go somewhere else!
Not the same Excalibur! No bell hop, no front desk clerks. Checkin is chaos with kiosks only or wait 2+ hours to get assistance from the 2 front desk clerks available for the hundreds of guests waiting. Not worth the hassle.

Awful hotel condition and guest services
Awful guest services - I booked a room with a view, but what I got was a room fully covered with brick wall - I felt like a jail in there on my vacation. Never book through Excalibur.
