    Nice room the people working there is very helpful and polite. They seamed very happy to work there and the customers are No.1. Thank you to alll of you guys! can not wait till the next time to go there. if worried about end of the strip, not to worry, their is bus or tram

    Excalibur never staying again!

    While rooms were clean the Hotel is dated. No coffe or keurig in room. No fridge in room either. Most low end hotels offer these! Limited outlets for electronic devices and only one lamp worked. I will never stay there again. Too much money for a dated room.

    It was average

    Restroom floor was not clean, I called and when I came back later the floor was still dirty. It is an old hotel, but I still expect for it to be clean. Other than that it was easy to check in and check out. They also don't have the fastest drink service in the casino, you are better off going to the bar and ordering for yourself.

    Not worth the money

    The resort fee is a ripoff. We did not use any of it. Coffee maker, fridge, bottle water, and microwave were not provided in the room. Dirty shower water sat on the shower floor while we showered; the drain was clogged every day. Requested for it to be fixed, but no changed. The TV channgels had no reference numbers to search.

    Disapointed

    Room was terrible no view and mattress was so soft I fell out of bed once , Ice machine was not working I reported it took 3 days to fix .I stay there 4 times a year and this is the first bad experience hopefully it is not a trend. I will be back there in March hopefully it is better or may be staying somewhere else,
