Dec 30, 2025I doubt I'll go back to Excalibur
This is really a tough one for me. This is the fourth time I've seen it excalibur, but by far the worst experience I've had. Thanks to the cost cutting and corporate greed of MGM, they've also gone to the kiosk system for check-in. They had one person for manual check-in, but there was a long line. And rather unfriendly gatekeeper woman keeping you from getting in that line and practically forcing you to use the kiosks. And the thing that I feared most happened. I got a terrible room on the first floor . I know I wasn't going to get a renovated room, because I didn't pay for one. But, I do expect my room to be clean. And this room was a little grungy and definitely dirty in the corners if you know what I mean.

Good location. Okay experience for the price we paid. Rooms need to be updated. Parking is not free like some other hotels that look much nicer. Room was warm even with air conditioner going.

Bradley R. Smith, table games dealer was AWESOME!! Seriously, this guy was the best dealer ever. I didn’t even win much at his table, but he made the experience GREAT!!! In fact, when I returned to the casino, I specifically lined for him to play!!

Average stay, would prefer another property next time
Hotel staff at the lobby could consider being more respectful and courteous. Hotel location is good, and access to the strip is easy.

A fantastic dealer!
We played blackjack for hours at the Excalibur and our dealer, Bradley Smith made the experience very memorable and fun! He is an outstanding member of the Excalibur dealers and every night we went back to the Excalibur, we would look for where Bradley was dealing and waited for a seat to open up…..which was not very often because everyone was enjoying his personality. He is truly a great employee for mgm!
