I enjoyed and had a lot of fun!
Overall I really enjoyed myself at Emotions in Puerto Plata. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed all of the bartenders snd servers, who were helpful. There was great service and everyone tried to accommodate me, A big shout out to Anderson who was my poolside bartender, he was very attentive and cordial and made great drinks. He also provided information about the resort and activities on the resort. He is great! I look forward to returning Emotions.

The rooms are very clean and nice. The service is great and the desserts are very yummy. However, the food and drinks could be better. But I overall had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!
Great moments at Emotions hotel. Alexis , the man that was singing near the pool did a great job with his performance. 😀
Alexis the man that was singing during the night at the pool was great, did an amazing job with his team. People was courteous and the rooms were clean. The beach was very pleasant. The Mexican food was excellent , my son 13 years old loves the food.
Very good. Awilda and Lisbeth (entertainment staff) are very funny and incredible persons. They are friendly. And Carlos is very friendly. Foods are delicious. We need more activities outside. But I like this hotel.
My vacation was excellent, it has great Customer Service, very good, the buffet food was very good and rich, the rooms were the most beautiful and very cozy. In the children's club, Miss Elvia is very helpful and very attentive to the child. I recommend her 100% Bares, if Mr. Michel and Luis were very helpful and very attentive with the service and very friendly. She always looked at the customer with a smile. I recommend it 100%
