Nov 17, 2024Nice and small resort with excellent service!
We were two couples that spent a wonderful week at this resort. Staff were outstanding. Special thanks and mention for Chemi at Oak and Yelissa at multi restaurant waitress. Very friendly and accommodating staff all around: Junior multi restaurants waitor, Samuel at the Beach Bar, Victor at the Buffet, Jinette at Buffet, July at Buffet, Nelly for animation, Rolando at the Buffet, Emely at the Reception, Ruben at the Reception and many more. The food was excellent from the buffet to the 'a la carte' restaurants. We were there in early November, and the weather was a mix of everything, but we knew that was a possibility going at that time of year. We had a great time none the less. Also did a Puerto Plata tour via beach vendor 'Hector' and driver 'Narciso' which was worth it. Excellent week all around!

Location is excellent, price reasonable, staff friendly and excellent, they speak English, Spanish, easy to understand. Alexander one of the staff and entertainer is excellent. We visited the town, city, drivers were excellent. Beach is excellent, all staff were just friendly and great. We had a wonderful time.

Emotions is the best hotel
Everything about this hotel was amazing. Alexander is the best he took my family on an amazing bike ride and is a great Entertainer. Great vacation 5 stars. I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Food is great. Beach is great and entertainment is the best.

Best Vacation in 2024!
Great Staff, lots of exciting stuff to do. Alexander and Andre both very focused on making sure we were well taken care of. Foam party is a must! Ocean world and 27 water falls were 2 exciting excursions that we did. Many others that we didn’t have time to do.

This is what I experienced . . Staff was very accommodating for local clientele . While writing this comment, I kindly asked for a refill , it’s been 20 minutes waiting for a refill of my coffee And a local came to sit at the next table and miraculously coffee was served.! Beach towels were not readily available usually waiting until after 4 PM for clean towels. No hair dryer in the room the attachment was on the wall without a hairdryer. I do give credit for entertainment. They always try to get everyone involved and there was variety.. We have been here before wanted to give them the 2nd chance.. there will not be a next time .
