We have been coming to Emotion since 2016 and we absolutely love it! The staff are courteous, kind and there is no turnover. From the reception Manager Luis, Clemencia the housekeeper, Luis the Italian restaurant Manager, Ruth at reservation, Rafalin the Barista and not to forget Tony at the Bar are the reasons we are coming back year after year!

Nice week in Emotions Juan Dolio! Foam party and activities were real fun 👌 Every Games were well orgnanized
This was an amazing week, we had so much fun! Our entertainment team was awesome, especialy Junior, Yuleidi and Claribel!

Great Kids Club
Great experience at the kids club with Yissel and Evelise They were great with the kids Attentive sweet and compassionate with them Loved how they called and made sure to include the kids with the extra curricular activities Great expierence the kids club

Friendly staff
